Since then to mock this idiot I made that my custom title. Never would I have thought anyone who be autistic enough to take it seriously, but here we are:
Bleeding Fool manages to be just as good at reporting as their namesake, Nick Rekieta isn't Meyer's lawyer, nor is Nick Rikieta.
This may be the dumbest group of people I've ever seen gather into a herd like this, with the Fools being the winner since you can just pull up the court documents that prove who the actual fucking lawyer is for Zack. I'm legitimately impressed they don't dry-drown every time it rains given how fucking stupid they are and incapable of doing anything right. No wonder they have no job or family if this is their level of functioning.

:story: Here's the origin story for my custom title:

Once upon a time an exceptional individual named @DeadBeaters (one of the many D&C A-Log sock accounts) just spaghetti'd his way onto that conclusion:

However some comic pros totally post here like Brian Michael Bendis but I won't say who he is. Totally not me suggesting they go on a wild goose chase, totally.

Here's how I'm trying to keep myself organized:
  • Waid’s Thread: Anything Mark Waid (stories, GFM, sperging)
  • RCM v Waid thread: Anything mentioning or related to the case. Zaid sperging, Not GFM related unless Zaid.
  • Comicsgate thread: donations from individuals of interest. Spergery with the GFM, like Fake GFMs

You dont have to literally move them there, just continue the conversation in the other threads. (PS a mod can move them)

A little overlap is probably healthy for all three threads as long as you consider posting links from one thread to another. I lean towards this one, the general Comicsgate thread, so updates from the other two are personally appreciated.

Counterpoint to these gibbering morons: Removing the like button will make it so that you have to comment to show more explicit support, which means you'll have to explain your own views. People will combat you on these views, and if you can't defend yourself maybe you could try listening to the opposition's points. That would improve debate on twitter.

Of course, I think that's stupid anyway because a platform with a 280 character limit isn't the place for a debate in the first place (Jake Alley tier tweet chains don't count).

No seriously, what does the "BAN THE NAZIS, JACK" meme you see from twitter lolcows even mean? It sounds like "MAKE BAD PEOPLE ILLEGAL" which seems....misguided and redundant as a concept at best. They have to DO something for anything to be done. Okay, maybe stopping bots "could" happen but assuming they're using the extremely broad definition of "Nazi", those people are still going to exist in the real world where they can affect things. You're still going to have people who vote Trump even if they aren't on Twitter which is the case with many to begin with.

Also people like Heather Antos use like a million blockbots to shell herself off from the outside world so.....how would she even tell? Some 12 year old can always make an account tweeting "lol ur butt ugly" and she'll be screaming about it being the Holocaust all over again.

Most of them legitimately want to make hurting their feelings illegal. Their skin is so thin they qualify as amphibians.

For those not watching the Meyer v. Waid thread, Meyer's GFM has surpassed its $75,000 target after an anonymous $12,000 donation. Jesus, who are these people throwing this kind of dosh at this guy?! His current total is $79,334.

Waid's GFM also has a $75,000 goal, but is currently at $68,450.

Aside from it being of note that Meyer has raised his faster than Waid has despite Waid having a few days' head start, it might also be interesting to look at the number of people that have pledged to the campaigns. Waid has had 1496 people donating; Meyer has had 1090. So while Meyer loses the popularity contest in quantitative terms, that means that Waid's pledgers have pledged an average of $45.76, whereas Meyer's have pledged an average of $72.78.

Even if we take out Meyer's outlying three pledges of $10,000 or more, which total $32,001, that puts Meyer at $47,333 from 1087 people, or $43.54 each. Waid has had one pledge of $10,000, so at $58,450 from 1495 pledgers, that's $39.10 each.

Probably whales who up until a year or two dumped that much on comics every year, who will never do that again.

Aside from it being of note that Meyer has raised his total in fewer days than Meyer, it might also be interesting to look at the number of people that have pledged to the campaigns. He who supports the whales finds that they support him.

Might be some people who got burned by Waid in the past and are taking this chance to get back at him.

Seriously i cant imagine there isnt at least one former superior or partner of Waids who doesnt realize what a piece of shit he really is.

Gotta factor in that Waid is getting free publicity from all the usual cows and the comics media (CBR and the like) throwing fluff pieces of him. Meyer did it with just the help from the CG community and in spite of the numerous hit-pieces on him.
