I'd say "commonsense business tactics". Gab.ai is another sperg infested hellhole.
Like some cultures, some opinions are just inherently backwards and stupid.
I agree. But I don't know what possible solution there could be for this, aside from outright censorship, which I am also against.

Don't change your content to serve them. That's probably the most sensible way.

I'm not pro censorship, because someone freely telling you autistic shit they like is the best noose to hang them by, but don't pander to them either. The more autistic types - the unironic ethnostate thot jew race war screeching brainlets - are basically SJWs. They want their own form of social justice. You don't kowtow to SJWs. You shouldn't kowtow to retards either.

Does Ralph pander to those people though, and more specifically, has he really changed? I guess I haven't really been listening to him for *that* long, but I don't think getting white supremacists and other obvious idiots on as guests for example, and like you said giving them the rope to hang themselves with, is really "pandering" to that crowd.

I totally agree with everything you just said there, I'm just not sure I see how Ralph has kowtowed to them is all.

I don't think he has, but anyone who joins the discord gets blasted by a CWCVille level wave of autism and it makes it hard to grow a community there. If they're fine with that then that's how it is, discord is entirely optional if you just want to listen. But if someone wanted to join and was turned off by the spergatory that's one less fan in the end.

Gator said almost nothing in the Mundane Matt stream. All he does is play sound clips.

On the other hand having Zidane grill people and Gator produce/do the tech stuff/play clips isn't a bad mix. I think if Ralph replaced Zidane or Gator with someone with an ego like Dick Masterson it could all meltdown like Andy's show where Andy fell out with JF or the Kumite where Tonka managed to fall out with everyone.

Metokur put it best when he said what they're doing - covering politics and Youtube drama - is easy but once the people doing it fall out it will all go to shit.

I like Gator, he's the type of guy who would easily spend an hour sperging with you over waifus and shit. And tbh, Gator just doesn't play sound clips, he cuts and edits them, as well as play them at the right time and makes whoever said what funny/funnier than it was. (The Trump 'Deport' jingle always makes me chuckle).

There seems to have been an influx in autists over the past month or so.
-No matter the woman, no matter the topic, they just squeak "THOT" non stop.
-Advocate for rape and violence
-Everything is "GAS THE JEWS".
-People unironically talking about white ethnostates.

I know Ralph is pro "let everyone have a platform", but when you have the most autistic, niche people on your show, you cultivate a low IQ mindset.
The more autistic your consumer base is, the more problems they create for you, the more problems you face keeping your content on a platform, the less money you can make.
The turbospergs that shit up chat and discord with their rabid autism aren't the ones giving money in superchats that often if at all, I've noticed.
They'd squeak censorship if they got purged, but they're contributing nothing other than problems and creating a hugbox circlejerk for their low IQ, low social ability mindset. It may artificially inflate viewcounts for now, but they demand more catering to and they contribute jackshit.

Oh god, it's a hive of incels and potato brains, why else is there a separate chat for spamming reeetards?
But it is funny to see them act all confused when a woman doesn't advocate for listen and believe or knows of Slavic history -

wherein I call them ethnospeds when they say slavs aren't white (dunno when that topic came up but whatever).
They don't like that word, lol.

No, I don't think he has, I'm just saying if he was to. The dumber in the "community" are getting more vocal lately.
Him getting "bad" guests on is just well, guests are a mixed bag right? He's going to give people like that a platform, because he's pro-free speech.
Which is fine. It's not that.
It's that the dumber people are expecting more of that and seem to believe the intent of the show is to be the hugbox for their autistic beliefs.

I think an example of that expectation logic was seen with the Metokur dox.
Lots of people were openly expressing how they thought doxing was fine, just not when it's /ourguy. The anger towards Null was incredible.
They wanted Null silenced when he was giving his take. They for some reason think that when someone they like has freely available information about them released on the internet, it's bad, but when it's someone they hate, it's good.
They had an expectation that the "community" or more specifically TRR was a hugbox for their beliefs and because Null went against that, they wanted Null silenced. It was a "Thot be gone" situation. They have expectations that Ralph is creating a hugbox for them and should give into their demands, when that isn't the intent at all. He never ever should give into their demands either.

I'm partial to 'Throw them out! Don't give them their coats! No coats!" edited down from this

I remember Ralph saying he barely checks into the server because it'd drive him mad dealing with all the cancer - I've seen Zidan frequent it more than Gator, but they don't try to corral the herd (unless they break rules or act like right cunts, but that just institutes a ban) since it's a losing battle.

Ralph also said he'd be fine nuking the server if it got out-of-control. Shame, because it's fun to poke at some of the fatheads there:
"No one who isn't hiding anything should care if they get doxed; haven't we already been doxed by Facebook and Google anyway?" is as bad as "kill all white men" to them.

Theoretically speaking, he could have a rotating cast like some shows do. Have Dick commit to 2-3 days a week, and maybe save one day a week for a "wildcard" guest host, mix and match Gator and Zidan as it makes sense.
(I don't at all think he "needs" to do this btw, Killstream seems like it's doing just fine the way it currently is, that's just me thinking.)
The show seems to work fine without guests every day. Dick was fine as a replacement but he sounded tired by the end of his third appearance, maybe it's because usually he is the one in charge.

Dick is also used to doing all his shows in the morning. The killstream runs really late.

The Gator/Zidane/Ethan Trinity is perfect. If this show ends it's going to be because all three decide to go their own ways.

Or Ethan spergs out for some reason.

Thing about this is that I dont really agree, while I dont dislike zidane aside from calling out mundane matt he has a really plain personality imo, nothing against the guy but he just sounds like a low lactose version of a pol user. Gator is actually pretty entertaining imo, and works tech pretty well a big personality like dick or even metokur (although that wont happen) brings a lot more than zidane imo

I don't think it would be a good idea to have Jim as a co-host and I have a feeling that both Ethan and Jim know that it could lead to another Kumite fiasco if they rely exclusively on Jim's takes. The dynamic works better when he is a listener/caller.

I think the dynamic between the Killstream hosts works well enough. Ralph himself is the neutral party who, as the main host, does his best to maintain an air of diplomacy when it comes to both his guests and subjects (something even Jim has praised him for several times), and you can see that he's been treating his role more and more professionally as the months go by and the show gets bigger, which I find pretty lulzy but also appreciable at the same time. Zidan is there to be the bad cop to Ralph's good cop (an obvious example would be the MundaneMatt episode, but you also have stuff like the recent confrontations with Brittany "Feline Feces" Venti and Ian Miles Cheong). While I generally don't find him as funny as the other two, he's done a pretty good job at establishing a reputation for himself as the sharp observer who's always ready to ask all the dirty questions, and one could argue that he's the biggest reason for the show's success outside of Jim because he was the one who cornered Matt into exposing himself live in that infamous stream in the first place. The audience calls him "The Bhutanese Butcher" for a reason—his nose is as sensitive to bullshit as a shark's nose is to blood. And Gator rounds out the group by being that guy with the funny soundboard who's there to relieve whatever tension or drama is in the air (and his impressions aren't half bad, either). It also helps that the co-hosts have purposes on the technical side of things as well: Gator is in charge of bringing the guests and callers in along with his bot, and IIRC it's Zidan's screen that is shared in a lot of shows which is why Ralph uses timestamps as cues to pause/resume whatever video/audio they're playing at the moment.

All in all the hosts complement one another in a way that undermines whatever shortcomings they may have on their own, and compared to an Andy/JF or a Donga/Failure you get the sense while watching the show that they do genuinely like each other, which is more assuring of their stability (of course, that could also partly be because they have the sense to handle whatever behind-the-scenes problems they have in private).

Gator has that brilliant soundboard, and actually knows what he's talking about re: technology. Zidan has a very low threshold for bullshit and calls it out quickly. Zidan is also my favorite opponent for Pozzed Blogger's visits to the stream.

I think the biggest downfall of the Kumite, more than anything else, is the chemistry (or lack thereof, rather) between its hosts. Even Warski and JF, despite their ultimate inability to run their show without infighting, attempted a wacky goofball-straight man dynamic that appealed to viewers, and for a while they were decent at it. Meanwhile, Tonka and Failure relied constantly on Jim (and Andy to a lesser extent) for all their best content, which in the short run worked for them because it downplayed a lot of the faults they had on their own, but in the long run fucked them in the ass because once both Jim and Andy jumped ship all those faults reared their ugly heads almost immediately. The half-hour long intros, VIVA LA RAZA, Donga's tendency to want to WRESTLE WRESTLE guests he disagreed with, all the dead air that worsened because both of their biggest guests were gone...all of it became more and more apparent as time went on. Now, even losing a cult of personality like Jim didn't need to be a big deal for them as long as they had some sort of fail-safe or plan B in case something like it happened, but that just comes back to their biggest problem: the hosts themselves just aren't that entertaining when they're left by themselves. It's compounded by their rather questionable relationship—it's pretty obvious that out of the two Tonka is the one who wears the pants and that at this point Failure is basically the Vee to his Sargon: someone who's always there at his master's beck and call to do damage control whenever the guy he does PR for fucks up. And since they mostly only have themselves now, their numbers are left in the fucking toilet.

Back to the Killstream, while Zidan and Gator might feel a bit out of place on a show that's supposedly the biggest weeknight radio/podcast show on YouTube, I think they're made even more endearing because of it rather than in spite of it, because it makes them look like the underdogs in a sports movie that you want to root for. When looking at potential co-host replacements, Metokur is able to easily pull in all the numbers with his own streams because he has a very strong, devoted fanbase. Guys like Dick, Keemstar, and even Boogie at times are able to rake in the viewers they have just by name recognition alone. Even Ralph himself (who wasn't even an F-tier Internet celebrity then and even now is at best a C minus-tier celeb), when he came into the spotlight when the Baked Alaska stuff went down and was in line to take Baked's place in the IBS community, was recognized for being someone who goes way back in the GG days (as well as for being a felon) by people in the YouTube political commentary community as well as Jim's fans. All these guys have seen success and e-fame to some degree. Zidan and Gator may be fucking nobodies in comparison, but thanks to the Killstream and its increasing success people are becoming more aware of who they are now and they're well liked by their audience.

I rather doubt Jim would be a good permanent co-host given schedule issues (to put it mildly). I'm skeptical he'd be able (or willing) to co-host a stream m to F for 3+ hours at a time.

Besides, he's survived the Gamergate/Kumite/Warski trainwrecks relatively unscathed by keeping a 'professional distance', so when the inevitable happens to the Killstream (and I hope it doesn't), he'll be wise to have kept his hands clean.

Jim knows well enough by now to be an engaged spectator - but not a participator.

I think Zidan gets too much credit for matt. Matt was still shucking and jiving until Gator posted a direct link to report history. What Zidan linked was a "how to check report history" article. Pretty sure James Alsup is the one that pushed for a screenshare as well.

Zidan linked the page. Matt just claimed it was an article and Gator elaborated on it by spelling out the link to tell the audience he was lying.
