You know what will be funny...if it turns out that WSJ had nothing to do with this, a bunch of people jumped to conclusions, and ...smug chuckle...smug chuckle...Trump tweets #gamergate.
That's just crazy enough to be true.

I fully agree that journos can be scum, I learned that lesson in the 90s when I saw the nauseating and detestable creature known as Christiane Amanpour. How the fuck is this reporting by the way? Silencing your critics, getting involved in their business personally? Journalists are fucking parasites. Freedom of the press was a mistake.
You can fuck yourself with your lolbertarian nonsense. They have an effective monopoly and collude with other companies with the same status to shut people down for having opinions.Google owns that site, it's their property they can do what they want with it.
Don't worry, we just have to build our own internet, our own financial system because the banks will fuck us for ideological reasons, and also our own fucking entire society because you know, the grocery store and restaurants do business with who they want, and the fact that all of them are just collectively refusing to sell to you definitely isn't collusion, sorry you're starving but they get to choose who they do business withYou can fuck yourself with your lolbertarian nonsense. Should google be able to pay their employees 5 dollars an hour and refuse to provide healthcare? It's a private company, right?
Trump can try, but the courts don't give a shit, S230 basically gives them all plausible deniability because they hide behind Terms of Service violationsThis shit really sucks, but I disavow anyone who goes full Couch Cuck mode because of it. However Youtubers don't seem like a very stable bunch to me so maybe Youtube should handle it's PR in a better way.

Also, all jokes aside, Trump should tell Youtube et al that they can either have no editorial control, be content independent platforms and get Communications Decency Act Section 230 protections, or be publishers with editorial control and no CDA S 230 protection.
Which is why they should be stripped of those protections since they have constantly proven they're not providing a content independent platformTrump can try, but the courts don't give a shit, S230 basically gives them all plausible deniability because they hide behind Terms of Service violations
This is due to the midterms and the WSJ article. The Dems and libtards are doing everything they can to get him banned.
People don't get struck down twice in minutes.I think the vast majority of people have no idea who Ethan Ralph is. I suspect it is far more likely to be more mundane reason for this...

It doesn't matter. The courts have literally given these companies blanket immunity. You can't executive order away laws written by congress, nor can you executive order away rulings by the supreme court. It's not impossible to prove that a platform has an ideological bias. James O'Keefe has been doing it for ages. Add in a statement of policy from a Trump appointee at the relevant executive agency (FCC?) and maybe an executive order and you've got a situation that will at least make Youtube/Twitter/Facebook/Google etc think twice about the course of action they're pursuing of nuking all non far left content.
He could break up the monopolies and have these companies split up.It doesn't matter. The courts have literally given these companies blanket immunity. You can't executive order away laws written by congress, nor can you executive order away rulings by the supreme court.
Good. Fucking. Luck.
would require the DoJ to launch a successful anti-trust lawsuit ordering things like divestment, unlikely but possible, you would likely have to prove some sort of collusion. He could break up the monopolies and have these companies split up.
Completely banal piece written by a freelance journalist over 4 years ago? GOT 'EMApparently the WSJ wrote some positive press for BetterHelp:
