Kids with PW will eat garbage, houseplants, food they find on the ground, pet food, toothpaste, lotion, insects, animal feces, literally anything remotely food-like they can get their hands on. You cannot mistake their hunger for a normal fatass who has no self control. It is a constant need to fill a hunger that never ends and drives them absolutely insane. They are absolutely diagnosed in childhood unless they have parents who never bring them to the doctor, ever, and are birthed at home, because they're born tiny and with almost no muscle tone and poor ability to nurse to the point where, ironically, some need to be tube fed.

They are also not just a little stupid but markedly delayed in most cases and have severe emotional problems. I mean toddler-like temper tantrums that they cannot be talked down from and no shame about it. It is almost impossible for someone with PW to live independently. Most of them live in group home settings where they can be under constant supervision and their intake strictly monitored.

Chantal is an unintelligent NEET who chooses food over life. That is very different from Prader-Willi.

The problem with unintelligent people, like Chantal, is that they are so dumb that they think that really obvious, dumb lies are clever enough to fool people twice as smart as themselves. And, as always, it points to the dishonesty at the core of her soul. I have a lot more respect for fat people who say, "Yeah, I'm fat, fucking deal with it" than I do for fatties who try to pretend they were always beautiful until a very recent, unfortunate 350 pound weight gain.

Her younger photos show she really does have an unfortunate fat distribution, she's one of he unlucky people who look chubby even at a normal-ish weight because it's all in her face, arms and stomach. Agree with whoever said it makes her look like she has dwarfism in some pictures. She really probably will have worse health than the average deathfat from letting herself go like that, you really can't control your fat distribution (apart from liposuction/liposculpture I suppose but that doesn't improve your health). Her sister has a developmental disability, even though it's not severe you could tell in the old ''family pizza'' video that she didn't like making eye contact so it might be an Autism Spectrum disorder. I'm not familiar with the system, but a lot of Canadian Kiwis have said that contrary to certain US-assumptions, it's not that easy to get onto perma-welfare in Canada and to some extent the system considers obesity to be self-inflicted and doesn't reward people who incapacitate themselves. It's been theorised that her grandmother is funding her, but I'm not sure how somebody who is clearly working class could afford her rent and food, although the fact that her living alone is so clearly not an option, this could confirm that she's living on quite a tight budget (which could lead to the conspiracy that she got her food money from doing private feeder porn, but I don't fully follow that rabbit hole).
