The biggest proof of that is, to myself at least, Metokur hosting their streams on stream.me, seemingly, from now on.


I'm sure at one point Metokur said they wouldn't mind too much if they got banned from Twitter, before their first Metokur was banned, but they were back on it soon enough. Anyone that isn't a Metokur fanatic knows that the nihilistic persona he puts forth is a facade.

Perhaps, but in the past few months, I'd say that the landscape on Youtube has changed quite a bit. There was always the threat of strikes and suspensions, bannings whatnot, but in those past few months, Youtube have upped the ante on actually killing off creators that go against their ethos.
Youtube are making it known that they don't want certain creators on that platform and will use their vague TOS to remove them.
Which is their right to do so, whatever.

As for Jim or any creator wishing to keep the YT platform option open, I don't see streaming on another platform that's a bit looser a capitulation to YT, more a circumvention. YT has a huge reach. If you can get away with gypping YT by merely using it as a vehicle to advertise your content or by using it to host content that drives a larger audience towards a more free speech orientated platform, then I really question if that's a matter of capitulation and more a matter of using YT's autistic TOS to your own advantage.
