I also don't understand why he always comes on by himself at first before he "brings in" (ie, gets in Discord) the cohosts. Just so he can feel like he's maintaining control and remind everyone that it's HIS show? Seems weird to me that they aren't there from the start.

Seems more like a stylistic choice than an ego thing.

If you look at the general structure of The Killstream it is taking successful aspects of many classic entertainment programs past and present. You've got the opening monologue from the host at the start of the show which is a staple of late night. Next the co-hosts come in and there is some witty banter and maybe an anecdote about their day. There is usually a round-up of the day's news/events/celebrity gossip with the show's co-hosts who provide extra details and side discussions, which is a staple of morning radio. The Jerry Springer influence is pretty obvious throughout. And you've got the listener/viewer call-in segments which you can find across radio and television. Non-bloodsports guest segments offer a wide range of entertainment options depending on the type of guest.

The opening monologue is just one aspect of the collage that is The Killstream and Ralph is the keystone that holds it all together. Ralph isn't where he is because of any particular talents, he is simply able to keep the functioning parts of his show together while pushing lesser bits out.

While people like Tonka and Andy can create a show, they can't maintain a show and provide a solid foundation for content. Ralph can provide and maintain that foundation and a lot of times the success of a show depends on that simple fact.

If you build it, they will come.

Dunno if this was posted elsewhere on the Farms, but here's the video they showed earlier on last night:
Bitchute link if it gets shoa'd: https://www.bitchute.com/video/2d0tv1mxAdqW/

Kind of surprised it's still up, even if it's behind a "confirm to watch inappropriate content UwU" wall. And it's some top-quality editing, very engaging.
Rate me late or dumb or whatever, but I wasn't aware of just how bad it was in South Africa. I'll probably do some searching and reading what I can find in my spare time.

Sure, Ralph's a fat, drunk, gene-mixing, fat, cop-punching, fat sperg with a criminal record, but I'll be damned to admit that he's got sources I'd never think to look for/find.

So thanks, you fat fuck, now I truly can't live in blissful ignorance to the rest of the world anymore, lol.

It's part of the concept of a late night show, the host starts by saying a few words then he brings his people in.

I'm finally marathoning the last five fucking killstreams while I drink, play games, and rest my feet on this fine Saturday, and I gotta say: the new opening thing is a bit long, but I fucking love what I've seen of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas(I'll get to finish that glorious movie one day), so Ralph gets a pass from me for a longass intro.

I like the way he's posing the Killstream as the successor to 60's anti Establishment Gonzo journalism. The Alt Right now is the same position the New Left was in the 60's, but as the 60's shows the anti Establishment types can become the Establishment. And the current Establishment knows that all too well.

Funny how journalists always seem to have a superiority complex.

Also Ralph has been saying lately that he needs to "get back to writing" because he hasn't been fucking writing lately.

Ralph no.

Good point, we should add it to the dictionary.
"Kasparian"- (verb/noun).- To unwarrantedly and narcissistically imply superiority towards another person. -Origin- Using the last name of Ana Kasparian as a verb/noun in reference to her saying "I'm better than you" at women who voted for Trump at the 2016 election.

Where is the last stream? Gator said he would clip out his gaming stream and give it to Ralph to put on the archive/zencast.
