Every single time she starts a new “health journey” it’s always fucking oats for breakfast lmao
Chantal wants the guru even Anna Johnson rejected as too crazy? Lol, I do hope Chantal tries to collect her piss in jars after taking a bunch of expensive supplements that cause urine sediment. Though somehow I don't see Chantal making it thru a 40 day grape juice fast.

No wonder she follows medicalmedium

Chantal, you're doing this SO wrong! A teaspoon of cinnamon (not cinnamon sugar, just cinnamon) is fine on half a cup of oatmeal. Remove the berries, honey and other crap. That's too much sugar and it doesn't matter where is comes from, the fructose in the berries or the honey, it's all sugar. Also your portion looks huge! Stop.

If she wants to change so badly, why wait until 2019? What's so special about starting things on the first day of January? That's the kind of sentimental, backward thinking that makes people delay their decisions in life. So what is she doing now? Enjoying her final hurrah binges until 2019?

Where does she think drugs come from? Most are plant-based.

If she’s going to continue to take this anti-medicine route and give terrible and even dangerous advice she’s going to lose what real following she has. Zero people in this world want to be lectured at about health and healthy eating by a morbidly obese middle-aged cow who is unable to control herself.

The fact that she can’t see that is hilarious and yet oddly boring.

What is it about woo that female fatties love? Is it the idea that "Western medicine" is somehow responsible for their bad choices? They love to preach the virtues of Oriental medicine but it's surely just for the mystique: folk medicine in Asia is largely disgusting and obviously ineffectual. For those who don't know, things like acupuncture and herb treatment are predicated on "qi" which is a literally magical energy in your body that I doubt you will find in any anatomy textbook. It's witch doctrine. Western medicine used to consist of animal guts and eating plants too, Chantal; it evolved scientifically into what it is today, which is by far the greatest medical culture in world history. Good luck finding a "non-Western alternative" to a CPAP machine.

Just the usual dopamine rush of thinking about achieving something but never really following through because that takes actual work. Chantal only wants an endless roller coaster ride of pleasure in life and nothing else. That's for example why you see her preach about the evils of western medicine when she is "healthy" only for her to run to the ER the moment that she feels the slightest amount of discomfort or pain.

Feminine culture at its worst encourages magical thinking. It's a heap of go-girl rhetoric and a reliance on grapevine-style social wisdom including tips from friends and smug 'follies of the modern/back to the simple life (often through maternal, empowering, or goddess rhetoric)/just think about everything like it's a scaled up version of your own personal circumstances' supposed-solutions that are ridiculously easy for hacks, social media, and small businesses to exploit. It's an easy world-view for insecure, disenfranchised or under-educated people to plug into. In Chantal's case it's also rank cowardice in facing how she is living and its consequences.

Just so I'm not throwing an entire gender under the bus here, men are just as likely to be anti-vax/pro-'natural' but it's more often for perceived political reasons, whether conspiratorial, or survivalist, etc, which seems to leave less of them in a fluctuating state of support as it requires them to go all-in on their delusion. I'm not surprised that an arrogant and under-educated person such as Chantal was able to tip over the line into anti-medicine because the signs were there long before.

I would pay good money for Chantal to do a Fit Vegan Ginger recipe mukbang. I can already imagine her attempting a poker face while eating Anna's "Edible Medicine."

Chantal, we know you read here. Give the public what they want. I'd even turn off my ad blocker for it.

She wants an excuse to use the, "New Year Revolution," card, she mentioned it before she had her deranged Vlogtober break-down that she was looking forward to the new year in order to finally take strides into changing her way of life. As it can be clearly seen by anyone who isn't huffing her farts she is not changing at all, and is currently on a binge fest while posting pictures of her "healthy" meals. She is still going to restaurants pigging out with Peetz, (she said in her recent mukbang she went to a restaurant with Peetz to eat shrimp scampi, and kept fumbling on when she went, which means it was probably a couple of days prior to the videos release) and her Gran, loading everything up no matter how healthy it is with 5x the recommended amount, everything is for show. She wants to get on the good side of all these nut-jobs to have people to justify her ridiculous claims, which is only going to drive more people away. Even better is once she goes against the people she is trying to have on her side she'll not only have another group of people against her, but more excuses will pile onto the heap she's already created.

Acvording to her insta were supposed to be getting a video today in which she shows how she makes her own body wash. Our gurl fancies herself an online influencer.

Too broke to go buy 150$ worth of Lush, I see.

Of course the reason she's gonna start her new journey in 2019 and not now, is because there's weeks of pigging out on Holidays food ahead. :feels:
