i hope this is being ironic otherwise you are seriously in need of spending some time in a "diverse" neighborhood and seeing how these types of people behave in their native habitat. ideally, this would involve you getting assaulted, harassed, or mugged, and then you'd have to choose between apologizing for how your racism made you the victim of a crime, or actually realizing that there is something to the fact that niggerishness is a thing. this specimen of niggerishness just destroyed someone's property and faggots want to blame de white man fo' his plight.

I think Chris should've hired this guy for his blarms protest. Just imagine, the two morons could've taken down the whole store together. But then again, Chris doesn't like blacks, so I don't really know how long their partnership would last until Chris becomes a asshole and calls the dude a niggo

The point remains that Gamestop Brian (if he is a Manager/Assistant or keyholder in good standing) could have easily processed that refund on what was an easily identifiable problem customer. A problem customer so identifiable that another separate customer had the foresight to pull out his phone and start recording.

Even if he didn't smash up the store - he could have very easily instead called the corporate office who would direct him to the District Manager. From that point the DM would have made Gamestop Brian process the return and apologize to the customer directly, likely in person. After the customer left he would be disciplined and told "what the fuck am I getting calls like this for, process the return" and either written up or terminated (if this has happened before).
 
I like how the employee ignored the dude as he was leaving the store and then calmly answered the phone with a "welcome to Gamestop" as if nothing was wrong.
When considering the holidays are coming up, it may be likely the manager may have to deal with something that could be of a similar nature. And that's assuming this wasn't staged. If this was staged, they'd have to explain to corporate and the cops why one of them had to rage inside the store.
 
He's understandably mad over getting cheated, he just wanted Fallout 76 but they sold him a copy of Fallout 56 instead.
