If we stick to the video, Chantal presents herself with watery eyes because of some vegan mascara and devastated attitude because Bibi's leaving. No mention for how long, so we can speculate he might not come back. She can't go because of the cost but mostly because she got fat and is ashamed about it. She complains she's gonna be alone for the first time in 14 years and it's finally time for her to turn her life around. She's gonna go to the gym. She's gonna get her life back on track. All of this happened because Youtube forced her to do mukbangs. It's not her fault, ya know. She's a poor victim.

But if we keep the facts straight, Bibi is taking a well deserved 3 weeks vacation after working his ass off 50h per week to go see his friends and family who he haven't seen in a few years. Chantal can't go because of the cost, but mostly because she fears being judged by Bibi's family as she's bigger than a baby elephant after eating like a pig on camera for almost two years, hoping to make some money so she could avoid having a job like any normal human being.

Two days into vegan diet, seeing notable weight-loss. Boys are beginning to look at me and I've discovered my hair growing back.
