It's only a misdemeanor in New York so it's unlikely that will happen. Odds are: it's either outside the statute of limitations for a misdeamor (2 years per N.Y. Crim. Proc. § 30.10(2)(c)) or New York won't bother to proscute, unless they want to make an example out of him or have a plea bargain be conditional on him pleading to the charges in both NY and PA.

After reading the messages of SnakeThing, a thought came to my mind. There’s this person named Kittery. Kittery is a man responsible for some of the most heinous shit you can find on InkBunny that’s most popular for Paraphore, a game that has one side tame (by InkBunny standards) and the other out of control. I’m talking casual cub snuff and baby anthro gore type shit. The main thing that keeps him from being on this level is that he even says that this shit’s fucked up and never to do it irl. However, if you see some of his messages in the Paraphore discord server that someone once leaked to me, you’ll notice that the way Kittery and SnakeThing talk about pedophiliaand gore are disturbingly similar. I’m by no means saying they’re the same person. I’m certain they’re different people, but it brings up my biggest issue with internet cursor emoticons: They’re used mostly by gay boys, women under the age of thirty, and sick fucks. The third option there is the one I have the biggest issue with. They try to treat their fetishes for realistic gore and torture of children and animals as “cute and fun.” That sort of shit legit makes me mad on the internet, and whenever a friend or someone anywhere I’m lurking uses things like “:3” and “uwu” I get the worst assumptions in my head that I know are unrealistic to paint on this person, but that’s where my mind goes because of these people.

Honestly, if the law isn't going to give Kero more than a slap on the wrist, then at the very least he should be shunned by the fandom and banned for life from all groups and gatherings. The furry fandom is always complaining that they have a bad name, and it'd sure help their image if they called out their bad apples. If you don't take out your trash, then the whole house starts to stink.

Within two or so years, assuming he either gets a slap on the wrist or is not prosecuted at all, they will have welcomed him back with open arms. It's just how things work in Furryworld.

Edit because I feel context is needed: A few years back there was an infamous person followed by Kiwifarms and his name was Nick Bate. Nick, much like kero had pages and pages of incriminating logs about him molesting his younger half-sister Amber. the scary thing is that I do think that they feel this way. I hate thinking about it but I really do think that there are a lot of people who think their fetishes are "cute" even if they're fucking horrifying

people into feet think feet are cute
people into anthro dogs think anthro dogs are cute
and for a more simple version, I think most of us can agree that a nice butt is cute

i wouldnt be surprised if this kind of thing extends out to really fucked up fetishes for people who are really really damaged.
