Orbiter Jetrex / Jetrex56 / Logan Alan Westfall - arrested on suspicion of sexually molesting 8 year old

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
So I'm really late into the conversation as I found out about these shenanigans on The Saints discord server today. I was a personal friend of Logan aka Jetrex back in Jr Highschool (yes, we were in a school full of mentally challenged exceptional individuals, at least we weren't exceptional compared to all the other fuckboys), and I'm just finding out about these outlandish accusations and news articles.

I'm looking for any evidence stating whether or not he's finally been sentenced to prison, and if so, which prison he's located at. I'll understand if nobody can or will willingly hand out this information. I tend to keep myself away from the cancerous shit that he involves himself in, but that's not gonna stop me from finding out what the hell happened.

He was only charged about 2 weeks ago, so I'm guessing it'll take a few months to reach court and even if he pleads guilty for all the shit to happen for him to get sentenced. I'm sure there will be a news article about it somewhere.

Got any guess / estimate how long he'll be sentenced if he pleads guilty?

Someone like @AnOminous probably has a better idea but I think it depends on the nature of the case itself, how the defendent pleads, whether they have their own defense lawyer or are given one because they can't afford one, whether there is a backlog on a state/county level or not.

I believe this is a felony/federal crime too which probably means its different in some ways too.

If I had to take a guess I'd say it could be anywhere from a month up to a year for him to actually get sentenced.

Most states require commencement of a hearing within like two months for a felony case. Sentencing should happen within about three unless the case is pretty complicated, less if he pleads guilty.

EDIT: Had to check:
"Speedy trial" requirements, Chapter 208 of US Code, section 3161:
(1)
In any case in which a plea of not guilty is entered, the trial of a defendant charged in an information or indictment with the commission of an offense shall commence within seventy days from the filing date (and making public) of the information or indictment, or from the date the defendant has appeared before a judicial officer of the court in which such charge is pending, whichever date last occurs. If a defendant consents in writing to be tried before a magistrate judge on a complaint, the trial shall commence within seventy days from the date of such consent.
(2)
Unless the defendant consents in writing to the contrary, the trial shall not commence less than thirty days from the date on which the defendant first appears through counsel or expressly waives counsel and elects to proceed pro se.

I don't know the full details but just from the charges, this is the kind of shit that gets you sent up the river for a long time and put on the sex offender registry for life. He will either die in prison, or live a living death there and get out to be an absolute piece of shit for the rest of his life, unable to live anywhere other than crack ghettos and other shitholes with no schools nearby (because of the limits on where sex offenders can live).

He has nothing good to look forward to for the rest of his life, which may be short.

Just to update this thread since its been 60 days since his arrest.
There is no news report of any court case and nothing about his jail record has changed at this point.

I was thinking the same thing. It doesn't seem like there are any #freelogan campaigns or anyone that cared in his case. If he get's out and acquitted I am sure he won't be shy telling people about it. until then my guess is that he is in some prison cell regretting having sex with his younger siblings.

That is weird, you'd think the URL would only change when the prisoner's status/location has changed.

I think the URLs are made based upon alphabetical order.

So if prisoner G has URL 0004.html and prisoner F gets added, then F takes G's URL. That's why his URL is always changing.

Still very strange he has been in for so long without any trial so far.
