What strikes me is that he look almost unwrapped, making it look like he got photographed in an oblique or orthogonal perspective. With a demon possessed camera or a big reverse-fisheye lense that might possible, you just shouldn't be able to look someone in the eyes and into their ear canals at the same time.

I think it's a prosthetic. I've seen a lot of videos of asian girls building up their nose bridge/tip with makeup/latex to make their nostrils appear less wide.

If I recall correctly, a lot of butt implants are inserted below just a few layers of fat, not below the muscle. A lot of implants in general are designed so that what keeps them in place is tissue ingrowth, which makes them more stable over time. With more recently placed implants, unfortunate situations like these are more likely.

I'll never understand getting surgery on a part of your body you can literally improve by working out. Can't make your tits bigger, sure, but you can definitely get a bigger ass at the gym.

Sure, but working out has a natural limit. If you want to get to insane proportions where you can literally carry drinks on your ass shelf while walking, then you need implants. Of course, this is why I'm in favor of mandatory psychological evaluation before any purely cosmetic surgery; it's the only way to weed out the crazies. Then again, those crazies would just seek out unethical doctors and get more risky treatment anyway, so maybe my idea is shit.

Bc they know they're pretty but they think too much about it and then focus too much on it and then become obsessed with a perceived flaw. And then, after giving into the first little body dysmorphia impulse and getting a little bit of work done, they go home and look in the mirror and they look different and it gives them a little bit more body dysmorphia, and they get a little more work done, etc.

my guess is they are terrified of losing their looks as they age. lots of cosmetic products are marketed as "anti aging" and many middle aged women eat that shit up, i guess the same idea is behind plastic surgery.

and in a weird way, it actually works sometimes. look at the bogdanoffs for example - they are almost 70, but they don't look like it. instead of old men, they look like middle aged mutant lizard people. maybe they actually prefer that, who knows?

Actually, no, what they see in the mirror is completely different than what every other human sees. The mental illness is so strong the Bogdanoffs probably think they look like a young Marlon Brando when they look in the mirror.
