It clearly states that he's fine with DSP mentioning the donation itself, but requests his name to not be mentioned. That's something completely different than not wanting "any info about their donation getting out", as DSP states it.

DSP clearly comes forward with the request of keeping things "100% behind the scenes" in his response:

If Phil is worried about getting a massive donation in 2018 why is he pushing for tips so hard? Isn't that going to inflate his income and make the amount he owes even worse? Why not wait until January 1st and lay this all out if you want us to believe its tax issues from 2018? I'm getting ultra speculative here, but we know from his confession that he put last years tax payment on credit, that he used the money to move Kat in, that it makes me wonder that the $16000 isn't for taxes, but potentially something else? Ring/Wedding/Honeymoon?

I like how Phil suggests Western Union. Paypal would still be anonymous if the guy sent him 9k behind the scenes. Something shady about this email from Phil.

I don't think he's ever really hidden that he likes to deal with big whales in private. He pretty openly was telling Tut to email him, and he constantly tells people to email him about things.

I really feel like you guys think most of his fans are ignorant to what he is. As BSV has said, for the core paypigs, they're not true believers, they just see Dave as a vehicle. They don't CARE/are actually entertained like we are, by his lies and deceptions.

The true believers are few and far between and I would say don't even make up the majority of his money. The big tips come from knuckleheads trying to one up eachother for bragging rights, not because they give a shit about Dark.

Them hanging out in another stream is super dangerous for him though; if his top 3 pigs take off, he's going to be in a real pinch.

When he was offered the $20k Canadian, did he not say he would prefer to be contacted privately about a large donation? Now he’s saying that he prefers large donations to come over during the stream. He is so full of shit.

He probably meant that he wanted people to contact him privately first, so he could confirm that it was real before announcing it. He hates getting trolled live.

Also, it doesn't matter that Phil tweaked the truth about the original email in the twitlonger.

He included enough truth to discourage his fans from thinking too much about.

Why? He spent Tut's money before Paypal could authorize the chargeback, so even though Tut supposedly got his money back, Dave "kept" said money. The only thing I can see if he thought this was legit and was gonna go through WU was because he knew Paypal had an eye on his account for chargebacks they could not actually get from Dave, so they would put a hold on the donation because Dave is scummy like that and would do the same exact thing he did with Tut.

This is a blow if you're in the "He doesn't actually owe a full $16k" camp, too. It's a pre-canned out - next April he'll say he magically made the 16k from "anonymous donations" and give you a nice long rant about how "I believed this guy, this SCAM ARTIST, because I talk to a lot of people that LOVE my content, KNOW that I'm real and I'm honest, and want to support me without attracting attention from these MENTALLY ILL PEOPLE!"

Didn't comment on the email thing because there were too many ways for him to squeak his way out of it. The fact alone some detractor did it to trick Phil is enough for most fans to plug their ears.

Only shocking thing to me is this may be the first email from Phil put out, at least I can't think of any. He accidently messaged some guy on YouTube once, but other then that nothing comes to mind. Of course it would be about money his real soulmate. That's why multiple days of low donations get him more salty then any troll attempt ever could at this point.

He's counting (correctly, I might add) on his fans not seeking out the original email sent to him even though it's readily available. Thus, they believe his version of events and happily carry on giving him their money.

This is something that didn’t quite register correctly until now. In his Thanksgiving stream, Phil said he gets money from his parents periodically. Let that sink in for a moment. This dumbass gets $100,000 per year from the internet and still asks his parents for money.
