This works best if you imitate both his camera angle and crop it so it looks like his. Just his upper body. We shouldn't be able to see your legs at all. Helps with the idea that he's a muppet.
Also the only real defining feature is his shitty goatee, so you gotta get include that.

I can't grow any facial hair, maybe I should get a $ goatee then good idea about camera angle.

Please don't feel like this is judgmental or you have to do it or whatever ) Jackie Chin did some DSP Tries It parodies as "DarksydeJackie". To work around the visual side of it, he used a Groucho-esque fake goutee. I think an easy way to get around having to resemble Phil in a parody that hasn't been used yet would be to imitate Phil's bizarre rocking that had been noticed reflected in his glass door



You can still see his bizarre mannerisms will remaining mostly obscured. If you were holding the camera like Phil in that video, the focus of the parody could be what you're doing with your hands, waddling around the house, etc. Or if you wanted to do him streaming, the reflection could be in his "office" window during a Pre-Stream parody

Maybe the effects of living like a shut-in are starting to kick in.

Now that I'm thinking of it, it's kinda interesting to see how he basically does this whole hermit thing on Twitch as well:

- Doesn't follow any other Twitch members, except for literally one person (Kekon)
- Doesn't watch other streamers' content (he claims)
- Doesn't do collaborations with anyone
- Doesn't want other streamers to be mentioned on his streams
- Tries to basically avoid all contact with anyone noteworthy
- Burns bridges with streamers who actually managed to get some kind of interaction out of him (Tolomeo, Cryotic, nycfurby)

Nothing he could do.

As a reminder about Dark's lies, he used to follow, subscribe to, and be a semi-regular viewer of Tolomeo's during their year-long acquaintanceship.

This dood just splashed close to $2750 in DSP's face (of which DSP receives "only" half), almost one-fifth of $16K. I really don't get these exceptional people. Dood could've helped DSP exactly twice as much by simply tipping him directly.

I'm VERY suspicious on why they subbed. Think someone took someone else's banking or credit info and is using subs because you can't charge back?

If someone's stolen credit card was used, they could almost certainly get their money back from the CC issuer, who would either eat the cost themselves or try and get the money from Twitch. So it's feasible that Phil and a theoretical person whose CC was stolen could both get the money.

Let's be careful here. If someone's stolen credit card was used, they could almost certainly get their money back from the CC issuer, who would either eat the cost themselves or try and get the money from Twitch. So it's feasible that Phil and a theoretical person whose CC was stolen could both get the money.

Yeah credit card companies eat stolen funds all the time. If they can recover some or all of it they will but if for example, someone steals a credit card and uses it to buy something expensive at some mom and pop shop, the credit card company themselves eats it. they dont make the person whos car got stolen pay, they dont make mom and pop pay either, they eat it.

with twitch its a little gray imo, why hold the funds for 2 months then? if the credit card company knows twitch still has the funds, i could def see them demanding it back, but as others have said, twitch probably eats it because it would open them up to all sorts of issues otherwise.

That being said, if some ass hole steals a credit card and gives money to a streamer, imo twitch should take it back from the streamer. it was never legitimately theirs to begin with.

If this happens, will it become problematic enough for Twitch to do something about it. Could this damage Phil's ability to make money if it keeps happening?

EDIT: Phil commented that this will really help with his taxes in 2019. Sounded pretty un-enthused.
Tier-3 subs are $25, so this guy just dropped $2500 on Phil. Phil, of course, only gets approximately $1700 of that. All Phil probably sees here are the hundreds that are going to Twitch instead of him, and the 2 month wait to get his hooves on it.

What do you mean by "diluted"? Fraudulent? If so, I'm sure it's happened before but have no knowledge of any examples. If it become problematic enough for Twitch to care, then they'll probably do something similar to Paypal and overhaul their chargeback policies to make it far more difficult. It is extremely unlikely that Phil's moneymaking ability would be affected.

Tier 1 subs get the streamer 50% = $2.50
Tier 2 subs get the streamer 60% = $6.00
Tier 3 subs get the streamer 70% = $17.50
I believe it's possible for streamers to renegotiate their contract to get a bigger share, but as far as I know it's reserved for the massively successful streamers like Ninja, Lirik, etc. Basically the ones who generate so much revenue that Twitch can make up the losses by volume.

its also depriving us of the moving back to ct arc which was guaranteed to be a year or two of epic storylines including selling theh ouse, losing the khet, depression and gin posting, etc. if it gets him his refinance it will postpone that story arc for YEARS!

It also really reinforced how little effort he wants to put in. Like, to a weird degree.
He clearly wanted people "who knew the game" to find locations and give them to him. But HE played the game through. So he didn't even make note of that when he was playing?
Then he was reading chat and seemed reluctant to actually search for or go to the places that were being suggested, and didn't make note of them for later.
He didn't even seem to want to even try anything different himself. He just wants to go to locations and throw himself off of them and have it be 'good'. At that point, the people who gave the directions might as well just film their own Suicide Kings.
He chalked the issue up to livestreaming during tonight's prestream. He said that nobody saw the boring parts before because he edited it down to the highlights. But something tells me those removed parts weren't him standing around in the game waiting for Rambo to tell him where to go. Or maybe they were? Either way, you need to do some prep Phil. Sorry.

He went on to complain about the people harassing them in the game. But I was watching the stream and he repeatedly allowed his posse to get killed before engaging the person attacking them. It's like he has no concept of how to collaborate with others until it directly affects him. Most of the time if he was being mindful of the group, they could have killed any attackers.

Finally, I don't know if anyone said this before as I am behind on the thread, but when MTCdood disabled his gifted sub a month ago, Phil claimed it disappeared and he lowered his sub count below the goal (which had been met) and said someone else needed to sub in order to actually meet it. Now he has said 50 times that disabled subs stay and they cannot be refunded or whatever. So if he knows this, then he literally kept demanding subs to hit a goal that he knew had been hit, or he is lying now.

Phil has no chemistry with anyone. He pussies out when his posse is in trouble and hides. He brought his "trusted" mods who, surprisingly, are even far below the totem pole from Phil. A bunch of Yes-men and Phil's personal bitch.

This just also shows how much Phil lacks creativity and is still trying to relive his past. Jumping off a cliff gets incredibly old after the first few times. The game doesn't allow as much ragdoll either when the game will flash and pause before anything goofy happens.

I've seen a few other streamers do goofy shit from what the game offers. Examples are: Playing a game of chicken with horses, playing chicken with carriages, shooting eachothers hats off at the same time, shooting eachother with bows at the same time, trying to rope eachother and hang people from their legs on bridges. The list can go on. The game has plenty of opportunities that allow some funny deaths that involve anything but jumping off a god damn cliff.

He really bunked this, hard. He is most likely not going to ever touch Red Dead Redemption 2 Online ever again. This is probably the first time he has ever interacted with anyone but KHET in a long time and it will be another long time before it ever happens again. What a fucking pussy.

I was listening to the black dood's stream of yesterday's Minecraft stream, when someone gifted a sahb to Amouranth. Listen to his reaction:


For some reason he nows acts like he has never heard of this Amouranth, while it's obvious he knows exactly who it is.
Is this him following the extremely autistic "rule" he pulled out of his ass of people not being allowed to mention other streamers?

The two things that irk me about emerald are:
1. This is the second time that this has happened this year. We joke about it, but Dave seems to always attract one mega whale at a time, like clockwork. It's bizarre and suspect and there is never any apparent reason for how or why this happens. It's just the sheer weirdness of it.

2. This begging session is his most suspect and sloppy yet. None of his stories add up even vaguely anymore, and he is contradicting himself at 10 minute intervals, including the other night when he said he got Kat a nice gift, that he was making more money on Twitch than in the past, and yet he was overdrawn on his bills, all within 20 minutes. And it's a 95% rehash of last year, with no acknowledgement that last year happened. Never has it been more apparent that he is lying, or that his lifestyle is totally unsustainable. Even his regulars aren't buying it... but he doesn't have to try something new because another chosen cuck emerges. A shame.

Overall, it's just kind of disappointing because there is nothing new about it. It's just Tut again, but without the Trihards in chat.
