I stand with DarkSydePhil.

Is there a thread on this forum for people who want to support DSP and protect him from the gay ops you're all planning?

Phil was complaining about how much he has to grind to get to the appropriate level in Assassin's Creed. Kat got there easily because she had the xp boost. Because she spent $100 to get the special version of the game.

They have no money, except the $100 to buy a game they already own and Kat doesn't have time to play.
Does that come with the season pass? DSP mentioned she owns it on yesterday's stream.

The way I see it, this whole thing will end in one of four ways.

1) Fraud investigation - Phil will be investigated (and perhaps indicted) for fraud, either by the feds or the state authority. He'll end up losing his sources of income as Twitch and Youtube close his accounts for illegal activities.

2) Tax Audit - Being a self-employed person is a red flag. Not paying the quarterly payments is a series of red flags. I think he'll get audited by the IRS and they'll find that he owes much more money than he claims, including fees and interest. He might work something out, but that'll lead to...

3) Financial collapse - Phil has demonstrated an inability to handle finances. He spends more than he earns, and constantly relies on unstable income streams to support himself. We've already seen cracks of this happening, but eventually, his house of cards will fall as the bank will foreclose on his studios. He will probably declare bankruptcy at some point, but by the time he does so, much of the damage will already be done. Destitute and homeless, Phil will no longer be able to stream. This is what I think will be the most likely scenario.

4) Unforeseen medical issue - Phil lives a rather unhealthy lifestyle. He doesn't exercise at all (and no, going grocery shopping or lumbering around the apartment is not exercise), and he has an unhealthy diet. I wouldn't be surprised if he has undiagnosed diabetes. These unhealthy habits are going to catch up to him, and it wouldn't surprise me if it happens sooner rather than later.

Overall, Phil's situation, in the long run, has not been good. He has demonstrated poor financial management and lacks the self-reflection to identify and correct his issues. Naturally, he's going to blame the "trolls" and "detractors", but truth to be told, his mess is a result of his bad decisions.

There's no coming back. This is the end. Drumf is finished.

The fact that Dark needs to pay about 16k for taxes just tells us that he hasnt been paying his quartley taxes. Now it would be interesting if Dark states he does pay his quartley taxes, but states that the 16k is for the whole year or some other phony dumbshit excuse. Sadly his cult would believe him, afterall they are pretty gullible and never question his words, and Dark knows this and abuses this weakness. So if he admits to paying quartley taxes then his overall balance in April should be much lower and if anything he needs to pay off the difference which should be lower than 16k.

Now if Dark needs to pay a 16k difference in taxes in April then that means:
A) He is lying and not paying his quartley taxes which like someone mentioned earlier could lead to an audit. Plus pay any other fees for not paying those quarterly taxes.
B) He is paying his quarterly taxes but cannot do some financial breakdowns (mind you he has a business/finance degree) and is under paying.
C) He is paying his quarterly taxes but is purposely putting out lower numbers so it buys him time to get the money.
D) Dark is lying about taxes and just wants the money for a staycation, pay Kats debts, or to buy some expensive dumbass item that he doesnt need.

Honestly, this 16k for taxes smells like total bullshit, if I was Dark's fans I would demand to see a statement or bill but of course Dark never has to show evidence because his word is always true. If any cult members of Dark are reading this post you should ask him if he pays his quarterly taxes and/or show some evidence to this 16k you need to pay for taxes.

Pointless. People on either side have been demanding or requesting proof of his financial woes for years, going back to the original save the house saga. His response is always the same: fuck you, not your business, if I give proof detractors will use it against me. It's always been Phil's word alone and that's always been enough to convince enough people to float him. Trying to hold money over his head for evidence isn't going to work. At this point he knows he doesn't need to provide any.

It really is exceptional how he never chooses to do anything unique for getting so many subs, fake or not. This dude doesn’t want to do ANYTHING different, but wants more and more money each year

You give anyone else at his level on twitch that much money/subs and you’ll see a visible change in the person and their attitude, but dark? Nah, he’s owed this shit, he ain’t changing his ways for nobody.

Maybe it’s because it pretty much all does have to go to bills/taxes like he claims. Any other streamer would probably buy something nice for themesleves or update their equipment for the stream, but this shit just gets flushed down a seemingly endless drain of debt and bills.

Either way it’s a marvel how ungrateful he truly is and how difficult he makes doing anything different or special.

Even if it is going to his bills and his bills alone (and it isn't, and even then his bills are astronomical through his own doing), he's not owed a damn thing. My personal opinion on game streamers aside what sets Phil apart from others in his field is his entitled attitude. His inevitable response to getting money is just to ask for more money. He might feign gratitude for a day or two but ultimately it comes back to him, somehow, still being broke and asking his viewers to step it up, like they're his employees or salespeople and he's their scummy manager who pockets the profit from their hard work before going back into his office to wank into the same crusty sock.

We know Phil didn’t pay quarterly; he outright stated that he has saved NOTHING for his taxes for the year. Pretty sure he stated that in his State of the Stream address and whatever other bullshit he spewed about it all.

IIRC he claimed that he made any minimum required payments on credit cards. Which means he didn't pay them at all.

Right. But that takes us back to last years begathon, where he claimed he needed something like $10k, and then suddenly that money is unaccounted for and he put it all on credit.

How anyone could know this and still drop multiple thousands upon him has to be seriously mentally unsound.

All 4 are possible, but i'm hyped for the upcoming failed assassination saga
failed because no way a mentally ill detractor will outsmart DSP's superior axemanship skills

He would rather ban every last person in his chat, forum or block on twitter than showing some evidence because again he will claim he cannot show details legally.

Which is funny, because it's his information. To a great degree he can do with it as he likes and release it to anyone he wishes. What he means is, "giving this information out could potentially harm me", which would be true for anyone, really. In Phil's case there's an additional risk of autism being weaponized against him (which would absolutely happen) and people digging up and making public things which would discredit his ten year legacy of lies.

So he doesnt pay his quarterly taxes, so now his fans need to pay his penalty fees all because the pig is too lazy to do quarterly taxes. If I was a fan I would be annoyed that Dark expects us to pay for his late fees all because he is lazy to pay the quarterly taxes or even finding a way to pay those quarterly taxes on time. But of course his cult arent like that but follow Dark even if it was over a cliff.

Now maybe someone on here can enlighten me since I admit im not particularly knowledgeable on this subject, but when Dark moved across the country was the best idea to really put himself in debt moving everything across the country with him? not getting into the specifics of him obviously being an idiot thinking he would never stop making money on youtube and buying 2 big of a place on the other side of the country for him and his gf straight out of high school, but wouldn't it have just been cheaper buying new furniture?

Like am I missing something? theres no way shit like a bed, desk, couch and TV etc. would add up to whatever the stupid amount was he got charged and couldn't afford to move a bunch of shit such a long distance.
