Now maybe someone on here can enlighten me since I admit im not particularly knowledgeable on this subject, but when Dark moved across the country was the best idea to really put himself in debt moving everything across the country with him? not getting into the specifics of him obviously being an idiot thinking he would never stop making money on youtube and buying 2 big of a place on the other side of the country for him and his gf straight out of high school, but wouldn't it have just been cheaper buying new furniture?

Like am I missing something? theres no way shit like a bed, desk, couch and TV etc. would add up to whatever the stupid amount was he got charged and couldn't afford to move a bunch of shit such a long distance.

Moving shit cross country can be expensive as fuck and companies vary what they charge and how. Some charge by volume, some by item, and some actually do both, and everything aside from the actual transportation is an additional surcharge. Insure your shit against damage? That's a charge. You want the movers to actually pack their own truck? That's a charge. Oh, you want the movers to move your shit into where it belongs at your new place when they unload rather than just dumping it all on your front lawn? You better believe that's a paddlin' charge.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, he and Panda went out shortly after they moved in and bought new furniture anyway, so he was doing a bit of classic DSP double-dippin'.

On the first day of his FFIV playthrough I'm pretty sure he was pronouncing Cecil as "Ceesil", and may have even insulted someone for telling him it's pronounced "Cessil".

Maybe a few odds and ends. Everything else he bought brand new. His nice big dining table, additional dressers, a 3D television, AC units, fans, flatware, new Keurig coffee maker, more art for the walls, bar stools, huge couch, throw rugs, linens etc.

I think he said the cost of shipping stuff across the country was between 5 and 7 thousand dollars.

Selling his belongings and buying new ones was more effort than spending a fuck-ton of money to drive them across the country. So of course Phil took the low effort route. He ended up buying a lot when he arrived too probably because Leanna wanted new stuff not BachelorSidePhils smelly garbage.

Think how much pointless, useless shit he must have traipsed across the country if he took all those action figure statues with him and they’ve sat in a nook getting dusty since he arrived five years ago.

Jesus Christ. If Leanna had been out of swaddling clothes she could've driven his car while he just U-Hauled that across country and saved a fucking boatload. It could have even been a fun road trip, you know, an experience like couples have.

Plus add on the fact that he had to wait for all this stuff to get there, didn’t he spend a few days basically making no money because he couldn’t upload anything?

D$P not only did not move the vast majority of his furniture, but left a huge mess for his parents to take care of. There is no mention of selling any of the items left. He moved and went into debt furnishing three bedroom townhouse all at once instead of shopping around and buying a piece here and there as most folks do.

One of the first things he did, even before the stuff arrived, was get his internet set up. He made the infamous vlog spouting off his lofty ideas by sitting in an empty room with Panda and streaming low quality off his laptop.

This is a great video to study how DSP imagines doing all these great things but when they require any effort he gives up.

Also of note, there seems to be only one "troll" who shows up to his stream and has the audacity to ask if Panda is pregnant.

Well to be fair he was in enough of a yank to get his diapered concubine as far away from her parents as he could that he couldn't be arsed to sell his house, let alone anything in it.

Something that gets brought up every now and then with E7 is how weird he is that he doesn't talk in chat, or even that because he's never supported Phil before this is evidence it's a troll. That was one of the weirder things to me too until Phil released one of the emails and talked about people wanting to keep transactions private because they were worried about being doxxed. E7 could be a genuine and active fan in Phil's chat, just with a different main account. They decided they wanted to help Phil out, but didn't want to draw detractor attention so used a burner account. It is an older account which is a little odd, but it's not that uncommon for people to have multiple Twitch accounts either. The fact they recently changed their name might be because they felt like drudging up the old account instead of making a new one and thought the old name was either too identifying or dated or whatever. It could also be an old paypig crawling back to Phil and being too ashamed to use their main account, as a few others have speculated.
