The reason it was on Jim's ED page is because Jim linked it and said it was him on an old Internet Aristocrat stream. He said he made it to make fun of his friend who used filters on pictures they took of themselves. He was likely trolling though.
The only "picture" of Metokur we have is this distorted image they sent to one of their troll buddies back in the day, but it's not confirmed. I'm willing to bet it's them, but this image is many years old.
It used to be on Encyclopedia Dramatica, but I couldn't find it there anymore so I had to get it from Short Fat Otaku's stream with i think someone called Scrump. It wasn't a very interesting stream. The most enjoyable thing that came of it was all the salty comments from the Sweetie Squad.
