Gonna moralfag here for a sec but the worst fetishes in my opinion are the ones with a high concentration of artists pretending that what they're jerking to isn't inherently sexual so they can get away with posting it without filters. The first page of this thread had some people wonder wtf was up with foot fetishes - a rather tame and old fetish compared to the ones childhoods of animation has unleashed.

The comic artist R, Crumb has a foot fetish and he explained it in a way that made perfect sense to me (because I always wondered too). He said many of his earliest memories are of being a small child on the floor surrounded by women’s feet (under tables, on the rug with sitting aunts and mum). I'm a big gay with a fat / inflation fetish, though I avoid drawing underage characters and furries like the plague.

I get that people think it's disgusting, what with people like Mistystuffer around proudly using underage subjects (which, sorry to say, is all too common in these communes, at least when it comes to girls). At the very least, I keep it out of places where it's not wanted nor do I try to force it on anyone. That's got to count for something, right?

This entirely misses the point I was trying to make. I don't give a fuck if fat rolls or feet or whatever make you horny; it's when people post the art they explicitly made to jerk off to without content filters for the express purpose of luring young kids into their fetish (or simply not giving a fuck about who sees their fap gallery), and then argue that it isn't a fetish when they get called out on it because nothing "explicit" is being shown. We see this all the fucking time with fat/inflation/foot/pregnancy/kidnap/tickle/feeder fetishists posting on sites like DeviantArt, Tumblr, Twitter, and even Facebook. Drawing underage characters or furries is a lot less specified to this problem, because underage characters and furries can be drawn without sexual intent. Fetish art, by designation and visible recognition, cannot be drawn without sexual intent.

The argument about whether or not liking underage kid characters is for a different thread entirely and wasn't really what I was trying to address. I'm addressing these fetish communities specifically because so many of them post their art without any real compunctions about who sees it, because they seem to think porn only needs to be something "overtly sexual" in order to be harmful, when that's not the case at all.

It's a lot like the mentality that some bdsm couples have about wearing dog collars or choking one another in public rather than keeping it to the bedroom or a private venue; even if the couple themselves is consenting to the activity and they are not bending each other over in the grocery isle, they're still exposing other people to a visible aspect of their fetish in a public space where they have no control over who sees them, whether the viewer is consenting to the activity that's happening, or whether the viewer is even a mature adult who should be witness to such behavior in the first place.
