Again, I feel the need to remind people that the following conversation is Chris texting Renee: she is NOT responding. Anyway, I thought you'd appreciate an update.

So, slightly off topic but, do phones display that mess properly, or did "Renee" recieve a dozen fragmented sentences?

I'm guessing she didn't respond.

No, I'm done. The number was still active though when he sent this. I'm not sure if I should just leave it open for a little while longer (not respond, just let Chris send texts if he wants to).

Well, Chris could always sell his sperm or something.... Oh wait, nevermind.

The Chandlers need to face the monetary reality that they are two welfare recipients who are either unwilling and/or unable to work, and are not financially capable of supporting their lifestyle choices.

In other words, they need to wise up and realize that they can't afford to pay thousands of dollars to store junk and garbage. Barb mainly.

Damn, $1600/month seems pretty steep for storage rental. Wonder how much space they've rented.
I'm willing to bet that that's the total storage bill from the cleaners, not just a monthly bill for December. Chris is bad about mixing things up and misquoting stuff. If you divide $1600 by ten months, you get about $160/month which is a more sensible amount just to store the furniture.

I'll give Chris some credit here; he asked nicely enough and understood that there's a good chance someone may not want the hoard invading their new living space.

Of course we'll have to see how he reacts when he gets rejected to know if he'll actually remain courteous.

I wonder what all in storage is really furniture and what all else is sheer junk hoarded over the years.

Perhaps they would do better in, I dunno, looking through everything in storage and maybe selling repeat/useless items they've accumulated over the years. It would give them less to haul/store and maybe even put a bit of money in their pockets if they really decide they want to sell rather than donate.

Oh who am I kidding we know they're gonna hold onto that junk until the bitter end.
