He hasn't tweeted at all since November 30th, he liked a few tweets near the end of December (posted on page 104 of this thread, nothing since then). No action over on his Patreon either, surprising considering he still has 35 people paying him money, which he's leaving in the dark. No action on Instagram, YouTube or any other social media either, he's really keeping quiet.

Doubt he'll ever really address this, he's probably waiting, hoping it all blows over so he can plan to slither his way back on to YouTube and back into the furry community; never going to happen, especially now that he's being blasted on Twitter for sending nudes to a minor.

The thing is, sharing photos with someone you believe to be a minor is, in the eyes of the law, the same as sharing photos with someone who actually is a minor. The excuse of "Oh, it was someone pretending to be a minor!" doesn't really fly.

To elaborate on this, that is because it's about the person's intentions. Much like if you get caught with the INTENT to sell drugs but don't ACTUALLY sell drugs, you're still guilty of ARRANGING to sell drugs (as well as possession). So in this case he has an intent to sexually solicit a minor. Even if he didn't do it, he's still guilty for the attempt as that would mean if given the chance, he would do so with a real minor.

Can you be sure this is him? The "shh" implies secrecy but I wouldn't call that hard proof. Maybe he was just uploading so he could commission something for a friend like he said.

Read it myself and was confused at first. Was hoping you'd have more info in this reply to go "Well actually yes this is a backup"

Kero doesn't seem like the kind to not want to at least know what others are saying about him in groups he was a part of. If he is getting info it is through friends or a basic sockpuppet that won't connect to himself direct.

I can confirm he's been lurking in the (SFW) Pennsylvania Furs group on Telegram and surrounding state groups. I'm amazed he still has people who believe he's innocent. Some people have been publicly inquiring whether or not they support Kero.

The statute needs language like that for the offense to be committed on mistaken belief. Sometimes things like Perverted Justice fuck up and set up someone for the wrong crime.
