Ross strikes me as the type of idiot who, after being martyred by Jetrex for so many years, would look at his case and feel sorry for him out of a sense of brotherly love, but only feeling that way about him after discovering he was a pedo.

I don't know if it was this video or a different one, but I remember there was a point where Ross was taunting Westfall over his sister. It makes me wonder if Ross knew anything about what was going on.

I can't believe Fox TV, Netflix Originals and Amazon Video Originals are so confident in the DSP extended universe that they agreed to place a 50 year extension on the series.
When (if) Logan ever actually gets out, he'll be in his 70s and DSP will be aged 88, that is if his gout doesn't get him first.

Regarding his sentence, as much as I deplore pedophiles just like any sane person a 50 year sentence seems noteworthy. Even though I detest pedophiles as much as the next person, if you compare the sentence to other cases where a convicted or even repeatedly charged pedophile was sentenced to less prison time for crimes involving more victims.

The reason I bring that up is that I can vaguely recall seeing pedophiles who both raped and murdered victims being given shorter sentences.

Sentencing is obviously dependent on the state, judge, jury, lawyers and the fine details of the case. I can't pretend to be an expert on overall sentencing when it concerns pedophiles but there's obviously some very different ideas of justice going on at the moment.

Here is an example of a cult leader who raped an unrelated 8 year old girl and married his own 7 year old daughter (sentenced to 25 to life + 1-15 years) :

Or a more contentious case where a judge was criticized for reducing a 25 year sentence down to 10 years for a man who was convicted of "sodomizing a 3-year-old girl who is a relative":

I'm sure I could find many more examples of these kind of sentences and I'm not mentioning this because I empathize with Jetrex or disagree with a long term prison sentence for an adult convicted of taking advantage of a child, I bring it up because "50 years to life" stands out when you look at other similar or arguably worse cases.
