I think it's just autism rendering her unable to realize when and why people react poorly to her behavior and shit. Female autists commonly copy behavior they observe in their peers to pass as neurotypical and acquire "social skills". Big reason why autism in girls and women is underdiagnosed. So some of them might pick up a hypersexual persona during/after puberty and constantly crave the dick, because they might think that its the norm (Sex is a big topic for teenagers young adults after all) and try to use their hypersexuality to cover up social awkwardness.
