I'm still surprised by Randi's Overwatch time. She's over level 2500 now, when the game stops tracking at 1800 and kind of rolls over since they run out of stars and icon variations. It translates to something in the ballpark of 2600+ hours played, with 800 hours of it within the last 9 months. Pretty easy to do when you're a no-life Patreon pig I guess, but someone ought to break down the numbers to the pay-cucks that they're giving Randi money to play Overwatch 20+ hours a week.

Overwatch is a popular destination for cybersex cruisers. People looking for partners tend to pick "healslut" characters. Assuming
- competitive gaming is a relatively strenuous activity and can't be done for prolonged periods, especially by adults;
- gaming skill within a community of active players follows a Pareto distribution (the utterly incompetent self-select themselves out);
- the game matches players based on skill;
- from 2 and 3, the win percentage of bad players is only slightly worse than 50% (as it should be to in a non-pay-to-win game to decrease churn),
she's throwing games and somehow has fun doing it. I think the secret sauce is masturbation.

Thats exactly it. You can only remain anonymous for so long before people either lose trust in you or people don't believe you. Nobody will call him out on his fake transness but they will just neglect him because they know deep down that he's not really trans. Jake Alley did not have much of a career to threaten, either. He was largely dependent on family for financial support because in the years between him reaching adulthood and Gamergate happening he had never been able to secure anything other than the occasional paid writing gig. The vast majority of his writing was unpaid and his claims that Jesse Singal caused him to lose everything meaningful in his life are just lies.

It's also bullshit that Jake is afraid to criticise Jesse. He's done so repeatedly and openly defamed him without consequence.
