well the reason I say it seems stupid is that at least for me it was a application you needed granted. I can't just say to the government. My name is hence forth Adolf Hitler. The process could take up to half a year. And the name have to be approved (adolf hitler would have been rejected) And there are lots of family names that are protected as well. So you may not even get something you thought where reasonable granted. You can't make a contract in a name you don't even know you will have. But I suppose in america it's an instant process, and you can call yourself whatever you want, and can start using whatever name you choose on a contract before you even have that name? The talking point will probably be "Well Andy wasn't forthcoming in signing the second contract!!!!!!!", which is bunk considering that for the FIRST contract Tonka failed to fulfill at least two stipulations (blood work on time, picture for use in the poster) and potentially at least one more (I think he was supposed to film himself signing the contract an put it on social media, but claimed he did it directly with the promoter, and without seeing the wording of the contract who can say)

EDIT: Also AIU is already trying to say "well, I don't see why blood work is such a big deal..." The blood work isn't so the owner can sip on platelets during the fight, it's a requirement for the Fucking State Government so the fight can be legal
