And just a random thing I notice in a lot of KiA threads.

They constantly, and I mean constantly repeat that "The left controls academia the media the government zawarudo" whenever people bring up the victories the anti-sjw side has had against the sjws (let's be real they may seem powerful but they are pretty darn stagnant and typically alienate too many people over the course of months). This comes across as cult-like as it reinforces a victim mentality. And typically, this is followed by some crazy lunatic saying "The only say to stop the left, is by violence".

I'm shocked there aren't more mass shooting committed by these people.

This isn't to deny that the left control a lot of culture, though current trends look like that may change thank god. Just it's very unhealthy to reinforce that mentality as they are just driving each other insane.

The idiots and morons who seriously believe this shit are why I don't post on KIA anymore.

I always figured the assholes and morons KIA opposed back when they vaguely had a point would largely self destruct on their own and they'd defeat themselves, which they did, and while they might control a lot of academia and media positions still, their influences means fuck all because their credibility is laughably bad these days.

However, since that would mean KIA now has to pack up the tents and declare victory would mean they can't feel oppressed anymore, and as you put it, they can't have that.

They're nowhere near the REEEEra point of banning people for talking about games but they are hardly talking about games any more.

Most GGers are middle-aged men with families and no time to play games. But they DO inexplicably have time to "spend tons of time politically engaged online over games".

As someone who's middle-aged with a family, let me assure you that you don't have time to do ANY of that shit.

Not to take up the mannerisms of a certain large-hatted voice acting enthusiast, but I'm really quite surprised that suicidal ideations aren't more common over there. Nearly every one of them, at all times, see SJWs and Communists around every corner, in every facet of life, ready to pounce and take everything they even remotely care about.

You don't even need to read articles thy post there, it's a fully crystalized circlejerk so you can make one of those shitty appropriate jokes like puns or sarcastic remarks reddit so loves, or just express your outrage, and you're all set as a quality contributor.

Some of them are middle aged. I would say the ages range from teens to 40s for the most part. Again just coming from experience.

And in their tradition of "Every game we hate is actually a fat fucking failure!", they're claiming the game is going f2p (without evidence), and that the 76 reveal was a panic response to that one lady smurfing. Even though they've come out over and over again and said they intended to have a shitload of the characters "end up" gay even after they did it with Tracer.

You'd think a group of guys as incredibly sensitive to their public imagine as they are would, after years, either get better at how they handle it or put some effort into stop handing over ammunition to their bitter rivals.

KiA decides to do neither, opting to plow forward with what I can only assume is a CWC-inspired "Information Overload", seemingly doing everything they're being ridiculed for five times harder than before.

r/movies looks like a circle jerk if you can tell from the upvotes. The guy clearly shouldn't even attempt to defend Lolicon (the definition was wrong too, they are actually usually children biologically. With that mindset Kobayashi from Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid is a lolicon, even though she clearly isn't, she's just drawn in a cute way because that's the art style) and oh boy those downvotes and upvotes.
