Official Physical Health Speculation & Cancer Discussion - hulthy just big

Well obviously this is just my opinion, all I'm saying is that her manipulation isn't 100% conscious and actively planned, which is a requirement for NPD. It's just the only way of surviving that she knows. It's based on pity and it usually only works on fairly stupid people. I think we can all agree that none of her girlfriends were brilliant and this is probably a consequence of their family members not being brilliant either. Manipulation is a tool that can be used by pretty much most mentally disordered people, I just think the specific way she does it (from what we could gather) does not suit the criteria of NPD, which is also proven by some other smaller things that I've discussed... but I mean this is just the feeling that I get and I may be 100% wrong.

I had her pegged for BPD, myself. Regardless, it seems evident it's some kinda Cluster B thing, even if what specific flavor is debatable.

The important thing is we all agree she's crazy.

Honestly I doubt she'd even be told to use metformin. She's showing pretty advanced signs of diabetes and I doubt metformin would help much. Though it might cause her to lose weight, it's a notoriously aggressive medication for side effects. It might be a repeat of how she got sick from feces lake. She'd just shit and vomit out a few dozen pounds before quitting metformin.

Also it's not true you put the w eight on when your sugars are controlled because of carbs and sugar. It's because your body is suddenly going 'Hey wait a minute, we can like, properly process food now! Lets make it into fat!' There is likely a medical term for it, but that's basically the body properly doing things. Most people don't bother excercising etc to counteract the body suddenly working right. Which..well we know Hamber won't.
With type 2 diabetes life style change and a medication like metformin are the first line of action, even in her case. Insulin is pretty much the last resort, since it's expensive and you need to learn how to inject it. I don't believe Amber is able to even be hygienic enough to not kill herself with an infection from the tiny needle.

I didn't even consider that part..she probably really is to lazy to even swab the area to inject and would get some horrid infection..sad.

Going on insulin is usually a death sentence for people with type 2 diabetes anyway since it increases insulin resistance and also tends to make people gain weight.

Oh and managing your A1c with medication doesn't appear to even reduce all-cause mortality. I'm fairly blunt with diabetics and tell them that the only solution is to lose weight, since 90% of people can reverse type 2 diabetes with modest weight loss. Pills and insulin won't save your legs or your eyes.

Ain't that the truth..... the biggest problem is getting that weight off and keeping it off!

Honestly if she would actually acknowledge that she is diabetic and would follow the proper nutrition that goes along with being a diabetic, she would lose weight on that alone. The diabetic diet is pretty effective. Our gorl would never admit it though, so I suppose it's all a moot point.

If she ate like a woman instead of a whale she could qualify for weight-loss surgery within two years, and then continue to lose weight from there. As it is, she'll probably have a health crisis in 2021 and then we'll start the Amber death watch.

Amber needs a therapist instead of nutrition or diet advice though. I run across low-income deathfats fairly often at work and it can usually be attributed to growing up in an unstable situation. When mommy would rather spend money on drugs instead of food and kids have no idea when their next meal will be, the kids often develop food-hoarding and binging issues. And of course they also tend to seek out co-dependent relationships in order to fill the void of never having a reliable parental figure. That's basically Amber in a nutshell, and she really needs some sort of therapy in order for her to overcome her fears of abandonment and food insufficiency.

But she won't, because she sees nothing wrong with her situation.

How many do you think she'd have to take for it to actually work?

Depends on the opiod and what is actually causing the pain. Nerve pain isn't nearly as easy to mask with Opiods. But I honestly doubt any doctor will give her any really strong opiods either. She's a deathfat, with breathing problems. Giving her pain killers is a potentional law suit, but we'll take a guess.

I'd estimate 15mg Percocet every 8 hours is all it would take to dull the pain. To truly 'alleviate' pain, you enter into ODing territory where you go completely numb. Big Al though would be popping them like candy I'm sure..or Becky would. One of them would die of an OD.

An opioid addiction would kill her for the simple fact the huge food intake she has would cause an opiod induced death-cramp of a backed up bolus in her intestinal tract.

Absolutely. (please excuse the powerlevel) When I was a teenager I had a number of big operations on my spine, and naturally was on lots of pain killers during recovery periods. Despite being on a very light diet, your G.I gets super messed up and going to the bathroom is a very unpleasant experience.

I cannot imagine what it would be like for a 600 pound person who eats like complete shit.

Can confirm. But do you now what does help?

Cannabis.

AL is lucky she lives in a particularly backwards part of the world (I'm guessing Kentucky isn't the most progressive when it comes to marijuana, medical or otherwise). That and she's too virtuous/traumatized by her childhood to partake of the devil's lettuce. Could you imagine the remorseless eating machine she'd morph into if she had the munchies? It gives me chills.

Meh, pain pills generally make people fat. Now, we get our gorl a crack addiction, she may lose some weight before the inevitable crack heart attack. I really want to see her feet. I've noticed some people (Steven Assanti) on M6HPL get what literally look like hooves when they're walking around, and some people just get fat feet. I can never take my eyes off the hooves. I'm curious to see where she's falling on that spectrum.

Skip the crack and go straight to meth. She'll shed pounds like it's nobody's business.

For real though, I'm in the camp of her not getting addicted to painkillers or really anything other than her current drug (orange chicken). One addiction does not an addictive personality make. You don't necessarily see sex addicts also super into Percocet, you don't see heroin addicts horking down super size fries and triple bacon cheeseburgers. It's not a cause and effect to be obese and addicted to painkillers (although there is probably some research to support that obese people who are in pain due to obesity will possibly start abusing painkillers). Kentucky is a conservative state when it comes to drugs, sure, but also our gorl's history with her parents might put her in a more cautious mindset about substance abuse. If only she'd seen the same dangers coming her way from food... :(

Not everyone is affected by weed the same. A really killer sativa can keep you up for a whole day and suppress an appetite. If only that were her. Amber has already stated (on a past YouNow) she's not too big a fan of bud, after trying it a few times.
