It's a hidden forum function. If you post in a person's thread within a week of their suicide, you get a point on your kill counter next to your username. You can't see yours or anyone else's unless you have at least one point, so I don't know how these people are aware of it. Somebody must be leaking insider information.

I honestly don't like it, it just encourages people to shitpost pointless things in at-risk tranny threads.
