For whatever it is worth the surname is clearly an Americanized Polish last name, so maybe her family migrated to US fleeing WW2. It was very common to "simplify" spelling to avoid the "cz", "sz", "rz" letter pairing that make anglophones heads explode and diacritic like ocute (ó), ahook (ą), etc.

The molested at the bar story is off for a couple reasons. First, left card at first bar but can by a beer or two at the second? Maybe they had cash on hand but it’s still odd that you were just aggressively groped enough to want to run home and leave your card behind, but you then go to another bar and drink.
Second, we have no idea what these two may have said to this person. Whatever they said could have justified their actions. He was a lone guy at an almost gay bar. Maybe they thought he was a hooker or someone else. Who knows.

But overall I call bullshit. While you are getting molested you are in too much shock to start thinking about how this will affect your masculinity or the dresses you have to get rid of. You don’t have time to ponder your gender issues. You literally sit there for what feels like forever and the fight/flight kicks in.

Berlin City Kiwi here.
I apologize for typos and similiar stuff beforehand.

I just skimmed through "her" thread.
And thought I look into her posting history about Berlin and Germany in general. (man she post alot....)
She isn't really a lolcow in my opinion, she just post unfunny statements and often false claims,
but I hope she can do better, if she's going to bundle with the german version of Antifa strongly,
she will become a really good one. She is just your typical champagner communist.

I think it's hilarious she fled from the USA and is now living in Berlin, because we had many attacks on gay people.
They have been rising since 2014 and happens mostly in areas where our culture enrichment is living.
