If she actually has vaginal agenesis then it would look completely normal from the outside as the outer sex organs aren't effected.
Vaginal agenesis from the outside looks normal and tends to be diagnosed when the person's period doesn't happen or is majorly delayed during puberty.
Those with vaginal agenesis tend to have a partially deformed uterus or don't have one at all. Though in less extreme cases the uterus is fine and the vaginal canal being small or nonexistent is the issue.

What I'm wondering is why Staph had everything removed. It's completely unnecessary for vaginal agenesis. Unless her insides were extremely deformed and a danger to her health then I don't understand why they would be removed. Though we know she's a liar already so.
