"fiber makes me full" then shows food that she ate which hardly has any fiber in it apart from 2 spoons of beans which ironically had the most of it out of the shit she showed.
She loves dropping in nutritional terms like fiber when it's clear she has no knowledge of what it's found in, how much she needs, or anything really beyond what she remembers from middle school health (which is just an association between fiber and shitting).
In reference to her sugar fast, she claimed that grapes are "pretty much all fiber, and just a little bit of natural sugar and antioxidants".
Setting aside the fact that only one of those things can be digested by your body for energy, it's just entirely false. A quick google search would show her that there's less than 1 gram of fiber in an entire CUP of grapes:
Edit - for reference you need about 25 g fiber a day.
There is FIFTEEN times more sugar than fiber in her beloved "cleanse" fruit.
Two cups of grapes have almost as much sugar as a can of soda does, with only 6% of your daily fiber to distinguish it as the "healthy" option.
You could eat grapes all day until you were sick and you still wouldn't get your daily recommended fiber intake. You would almost certainly get enough sugar in your system though to give you raging diarrhea (as our health guru has discovered).
Oh, but silly me. These are
natural sugars. Game changer. Completely different.
Natural diabetic shock is much less serious.
