I'm not necessarily disagreeing with the court, and that's not one of the points I raised, in the description of this thread it doesn't state "JF is a pervert because the court ruled that his girlfriend should return to her parents custody", besides, there is a huge amount of material on the internet where JF refutes the validity of that decision, I'd recommend that you watch it. If you need me to summarize it here, I can go watch the livestreams where he discusses it again and get back to you.
Are you taking a legalistic stance here? eg "I base my perspective entirely on the decision of the court". Because that seems to contradict the narrative of the thread which repeatedly accuses him of sexual abuse, that has never been substantiated in any court. Nor was JF found guilty of any crime involving his former partner, she was simply returned to the care of her parents, and none of us have the insight to be able to determine whether that was the best decision or not. It seems like another contradiction that you would appeal to the authority of the academics that established that JF's girlfriend was unfit to participate in relationship, while siding with a fry cook to attack JF's academic qualifications which are arguably a lot more illustrious than those of the people who worked on this case.
