Give it a year and a messy divorce will ensue. Honestly I don't think either Jason, and Kabs especially, are actually ready for the emotional commitment that is marriage. Neither is mature enough to not publicly show they're bigots on sites they use to garner money and attention from. Kabs being groomed at a young age and Jason being manipulative enough to get her ostracized by her family, it's not a good situation. Add in the high possibility they become lax on means to prevent pregnancy and Kabs ends up having a child, it's going to be a dysfunctional family with a large power gap between Jason and her. Kabs making the majority of their income, Jason holding emotional and mental power over her, and the hardship of being pregnant and having to deal with a young baby. I suspect she'll have major depression and any gender issues she may have might become exasperated to the point she tries to transition and we end up getting non gender conforming parental figure Kabs who get's cucked by Jason when he seeks out underaged girls to get anally fucked by.

Also, I wonder. Who would actually come to this wedding? Since she's estranged from her family. I guess only his side?

a lolcow of mine married her english boyfriend in the states, but he still lives over there while she quit her job to be a full time artist.

My thoughts exactly. She doesn't have her parents's support, which has been shown to usually be a big factor in successful marriages is both set of parents support it, and we're assuming Jason's family supports him and Kabs. If his parents know about the age gap and how long the two have been dating, if Jason told them the truth, they'd know he had to have started this when she was clearly underage. Unless he was raised in a similar situation, his mom being far younger than his father, I doubt any normal parent would be okay with this.
More than likely, it'll be Jason and Kab's friends who attend the wedding. If they have friends. Otherwise, they may just go down and fill out a marriage license and go off on their honeymoon.

See this is one thing that's always got me. We all know of Kaitlyn's family, her disowning and etc. But we seemingly know little of Jason's side. Where are his parents in the matter? Do they even know? Do/did they not question any of this shit?

Personally I feel like Jason's side is in the dark, Kate's knows it all thanks to her deviant behaviour at 16 slowly growing to the present day. I'm surprised some autist hasn't faildoxed the families (or even Jason/Kate themselves.), in order to inform/show the duo's activities.

Last I checked, both their accounts were locked, and from the people that dared to follow them, mostly inactive.
On a similar subject, Kabs immediately stopped being active on reddit after responding to comments on her Pewdiepie post. Seems like she was testing the waters on being a regular artist there, and enough people called her out to dissuade her from coming back. It's kind of funny too, because reddit's a place where millions of people will suck single commenter's dicks, as long as they regularly post something in a creative pattern (See users like Shitty_watercolour, or poem_for_a_sprog for examples), so she could've used it as a good way to drum up activity if she wasn't so damn unlikable.
