Hi KiwiFarms. I've been a fan of Flora since Itchy, Itchy, and started being friends with glip around that time. They've even taken some of my ideas and used them in their comic. I've known about this thread forever, and while I've never wanting to believe anything in it, well... it seems turns out some things were true, in the end.

I don't want to reveal my identity just yet. I have a lot of friends in the Floraverse community, and I don't know who else reads this thread. I'm here because I think this is the right thing to do. I want glip to take responsibility for what they've done, to admit when they're wrong, and to just DO BETTER. I've been concerned about them... well, since before the start of this Quill/Papaya scene, but definitely since then, too.

I want to confront them with a lot of what's said in this thread. I'm not ready to yet, but I want to get them in a situation where they HAVE to respond to anything I bring up. I'm still figuring that out.

In the meantime, feel free to ask me questions. I know a lot about glip from our time as friends. I can't promise to answer everything, especially anything that would give my identity away, but I'll try. In return, I could use your help in preparing a list of topics to confront them with. The harder the evidence, the better.

It's actually sorta interesting to compare PK's and Pengo's comics. PK seems to revel in her own negativity, and makes "DEEP SYMBOLISM" that ironically only kiwis understand, not fans. She doesn't make these comics to get over her problems or better understand them while also making something other people can enjoy and even relate to. Just wanking off her own anger.
On the other hand Pengo's "deep symbolic" comics and by extension his music, is actually human understandable as noticed by the fact that rat comic got relatively popular. Pengo wants to grow and move on and past negative feelings, while PK is stuck with them and can't seem to let go. As evidence by her current aggressive "plot" in the comic that's only purpose so far seems to be to taunt and upset "naysayers".

PK's comics come off as shallow, like she refuses to truly tackle her issues and thoughts, and if you've followed either of them for awhile with their pasts in mind it can be almost fun to analyze how they decided to handle their problems.

Armchair psychology: We've already seen that Glip can never accept blame or wrongdoing for anything. Every Glip apology is a 'YOU took this wrong/YOU don't understand/YOU need to see it my way" without any actual regret- just pushing guilt onto someone else. Glip can't/won't ever actually work through their problems because doing that would mean actually looking at their own role. But to Glip the problem is never them, it's the rest of the world. That's why they're always so pissed off at everyone else- the rest of the world just keeps fucking Glip over. The rest of the world keeps 'misunderstanding' Glip. If the rest of the world just stopped being a bunch of assholes they'd see how great Glip is, it's not Glip's fault, it's the world. Because Glip is always the victim. Always. Because victims don't need to be blamed for anything. Victims don't need to look at their own behavior and go 'wow I did something wrong there'.

I think that's why Glip keeps blaming Pengo. It's easier to blame a single person than the callout being the result of being a shithead person over a long period of time and continuing to be a shithead after. So instead it's just the world 'misunderstanding' Glip again. 'Misunderstanding' the situation. That's why Glip demands people talk to them during callouts- so Glip can 'explain', so the world won't 'misunderstand'. Actually trying to understand what the fuck happened and how this spiraled out means looking at their own behavior and fuck that- it's because of this 'one' thing. It's a lot easier if it's just 'one' thing, one 'misunderstanding' than a huge fucking mountain of shit Glip did.

It's a straw Glip's grasping at, and unfortunately her blind followers will support her for it.

She's not going to talk about what Marl did in her home in specifics, or how it reflects on her as a person. She's just going to try and wrap it up in coded, old hat drama so that people think she's venting about something that's already been resolved and was 'unfairly' dug up again.

That's just scratching the surface.

Pengo has a better understanding of visual storytelling and consistency. That one comic developed more character in those two rats than the entirety of Floraverse ever did with any of their characters. And it actually does have a philosophical bent that makes the reader ask themselves questions. Holy shit, there's craftsmanship in Pengo's comic. There's care put in. Pengo gives a damn and it shows.

Meanwhile, PK's comics are merely a vehicle, either for her fetishes or her ideas, and it shows. There's a reason why so many comics that are covered on the farms that focus more on the author's ideas and soapboxing do so at the expense of the art and writing. PK cannot construct a visual narrative that's easy for the viewer to follow. Her "deep" comics are just a mish-mash of imagery and words farted onto a page to cover up for their lack of any actual depth. It's the comic equivalent of a 9th grader's angsty poetry written in the back of the notebooks and it sucks.

It means that a verdict has been reached or an order has been placed by Judge, so that it can be added to their statistical records (whether a case is open/closed, how long it's been opened, etc), even though the case can be opened again or more motions added to it in the future. Not a permanent/final closing.

Anyone who is in Glip's favor and thinks they can change Glip's mind, I don't think it's even possible at this point anymore. Cut ties and leave quietly or Glip will quickly throw you under the bus just like they did with Pengo. It's not worth it.
