Taking part in a class action lawsuit isn't the same as filing a lawsuit as an individual. Russell, or any other participant, will likely never have to appear in court or hire a lawyer to represent him personally. All you have to do to be considered eligible to be part of the potential Fallout 76 lawsuit against Bethesda is fill out a form posted by the law firm that's attempting to file the suit and get your claim approved by the firm.

hes was just talking on the livestream about his opinion on mythicalredfox and other people who "falsely" accuse others of doing bad things.
EDIT: i think he might find us because of this, cant fucking wait.

I said in a previous comment that I have my doubts of him ever addressing this thread solely because the evidence gathered would make him look like an idiot but I think another issue is that he can't control the narrative here. On his own platforms, he has some semblance of control. Twitter and YouTube gives him the sheer advantage of numbers in vocal supporters. Yet here, even people affiliated w him previously have now spoken out against him.

He won't do it.
He's too much of a pussy.

New video and dear lord I first click this and got seven midroll ads. The first two are three minutes apart and the rest about six minutes. If you watch this, get your Ad Blocks out because I can't express how much this furry relies on little kids NOT having it for money. I'll also watch it and edit in what it's about.

EDIT:
-Starts talking about his 'controversies' he had in December when he couldn't record a video and how 'interesting' they came up then.

-Mentions Chiibe who has the style and aesthetic of a young teen. Apparently the first tweet he saw from them was a tweet involving him (of course) Saying "I love white people who defend saying the N word but then actually refuse to use the N word signifying it is in fact not okay to say" Has a clip of Parker.

-This came after a thread Chiibe made about saying that creators of fan content don't own the rights to the fan content made. Apparently Parker takes this as being directed vaguely to him because of a video he made on stupid comments warrior cats gave him telling him other people didn't want him posting their work on his channel cause they make money off of it. Was pissy because someone who made the animation DMCA'd his video removing it and the money. Said everyone who made warriors made infringed on the Warriors IP and shouldn't even have those videos.

-Goes on a spiel about he's right and these kiddies are breaking the copyright law. Kids need permission from the publishing company to make their crappy maps. Doesn't realize this would encompass basically everything that was fan made then. Or some of the animations he show since they use other people's music with out permission. (I'm only 4 minutes in and I want to an hero)

-Talks about how J.K Rowling and harry potter are another example. I hate it. Skipping this for my sanity.

-Oh my god he was still on only the first tweet of the thread. Is this whole video going to be about just Chiibe venting about Parker being an ass to a fandom of nine year olds?

-Chiibe roasts him by tweeting how he reviews people to improve them but made a 20 minute long video complaining about criticism he gets.

-Brings up that a lot of people don't like him, but far more people like him because he's great. Ego stroking his hard on. Is liked cause he says his mind. (I.E He's an edgy, cringe lord who speaks like a fifteen year old)

-Mind you, for his Warrior MAP video I'm fairly certain he didn't get permission or was asked to make a video on some of them. Something he got flack for when he started Animation Meme Review and changed to only have it be from asking him.

-Oh lord this is 10 minutes in... Chiibe says it's weird that Parker makes videos on critiquing animation when he doesn't animate. His only point is that she can't criticize him since she doesn't make those kinds of videos.

-Focuses on that point like a re.tard. Most artists now the ins and outs of critique, they don't need to make videos on it. Shitty joke point for why this person is the most toxic thing in the animation fandom. They won't be forced out, no sirree.

-Skipped to 24 minutes and he's still on Chiibe's twitter Thread. Brings up sonicfox because he made a twitter post with a screen shot of one of Chiibe's tweets then saying Nigga. She sent a clip of him saying you can't win with an argument. Doesn't realize Nigga and Nigger are different N words for people. But doesn't prove he'd say it in a vid because he'd be demonetized.

-Says he thinks Chiibe is just an evil person. Chiibe's the worst person he's encountered in the animation community. Says they're vile.

-Chiibe send Parker a private DM, which he of course shows, asking for a civil discussion. Something Parker always talks about, but of course Parker doesn't answer and makes a vid calling them vile and evil and the worse person in the animation community. Mocks them for doing that.

-Refuses to speak to people who brought up public criticism to him. Even in public. Pot calling the Kettle Black. He can't take anything that makes him look like an ass.

-Chiibe then posts a tweet with the screen shot of them trying to talk to Parker since he said he'd make a vid on them. Only proving to the public you can't talk to Parker unless you suck his gay dick hard.
The rest is him trying to defend himself.
TLDR; He calls an animator a the most evil and vile person in the community for publicly disagreeing with his warrior cat's stupid comments video even when they wanted a civil talk.

To be honest Parker thinks that any controversy he is in is done by people trying to take him down and he seems to always want to defend himself from anything. Never mind a lot of his viewers do not know about these tweets until he makes these videos.
