YT\Internet reviewers you actually like?

Ross's game dungeon is easily my favourite. He has a very good talent for humour and analysis that is just wonderful to watch and listen to. He also distinguishes himself from most other reviewers by focusing mostly on really ancient Dos games as opposed to NES or SNES games.

It's no secret that I collect Transformers, and occasionally I look at a review to kind of see what the transformation is like and whatever and there's one reviewer that I really like for some reason: Mitch Santona. He just seems really genuine, he doesn't seem to be in the whole Transformers reviewing as a means to expand his collection through review samples, whenever he says "Thanks to whoever for the review sample." he actually sounds like he is genuinely thankful that they saw fit to bestow him this piece of colorful plastic junk to stick in front of a camera for the internet, whereas some of the other youtube Transformers reviewers sound like they're just saying it because that's what they need to do in order to continue getting sent colorful plastic robot cars to stick in front of a camera for the internet.

I like Peanutbuttergamer. His reviews have a sort of randomness factor to them but he never goes too far with it that people will lose interest, like a kid with ADD.

Also as someone mentioned, I do still like AVGN. He kinda went into hiding after his movie bombed, but I still think his newer stuff is pretty good

I've been wanting to talk about Bob since before the Entersphere meltdown. He's laid back, he's funny, he's insightful... really the only thing wrong with him is that he's kind of a furry, but he's never in your face about it. There are maybe three reviews where it comes up. All it amounts to is "This cat-lady has big breasts and I find that hot." I think he either doesn't know what a furry is or, more likely, doesn't give a shit. Not giving a shit what your fans think of you is something I respect in an internet reviewer.

Y'know - thanks to you guys... I've come to realize that people like Rowdy C Moore (TV Trash) and The Cartoon Hero (The Cartoon Hero Show) aren't all that funny/entertaining and have no idea what they are doing (if the attempts at copying people who do stupid shit in their reviews like "skits" are any indication!) and the only reason to watch them is to laugh at them and how pathetic they are being with their "personal opinions". Thank y'all so much for opening my eyes where I simply refused to.

I have a soft spot for Chad Rocco's Familiar Faces. I just like the idea of the show (profiling somewhat obscure characters), and would like to do something similar one day.

Phelous is also entertaining.

I also really like Black Nerd Comedy, though he's not quite a reviewer in the sense as the people this thread is about.

I'm a big fan of Classic Game Room. They aren't on top of the newest games, but they've shown me a ton of cool old games I would've never given a chance back in the day.

Super Bunnyhop is pretty alright. He has his moments where I can't help but roll my eyes, like referencing Gone Home in his System Shock review for seemingly no reason other than to bait, but given that there's very few game analysis channels out there that can talk about games analytically without getting completely pretentious about it (coughExtraCreditscoughErrantSignalcoughSatchbagcough), he's surprisingly laidback about things. That, and he's actually got a pretty steady release schedule, which is a rarity.

Also, are we counting Ashens as a reviewer? Dude's been in the business for ten years and despite just holding random crap in front of a camera and talking about it, it doesn't feel like his content's stagnating. I would like more video installments of "Terrible Old Games You've Probably Never Heard Of", though.

GrumpyJiisan, an old man with a pleasant personality that reviews anime. It's a lot better than it sounds. I wish he did more media because I like his style.

EDIT: It's been 3 years since his last upload. I'm imagining the worst. (:_(
I believe he passed away. I've seen a few links mention that. Pretty sad, I loved his approach to reviewing anime, not to mention the cryptic titles he uses for his videos so you had to figure it out before you watched! He was a very original reviewer that way.

In terms of recent people, here are my picks.

CORN PONE FLICKS
This guy's got a lot of great videos going back several decades, starting out doing anime overdubs and parodies until he switched to reviews with sporadic updates...

Here's his latest entry on the recent Twin Peaks series.

These next set are mainly old-school reviewer/collectors of electronics, computers and consoles I love to watch.
The 8-Bit Guy - He also maintains a sister page, "8-bit Keys", on keyboards.
Nostalgia Nerd
Lazy Game Reviews, also maintains a sister page, "LGR Foods"!
Techmoan
Retro Man Cave

I mean, obviously RedLetterMedia ... RLM is pretty much the best channel on YouTube, IMO.

I like Ralph Sepe (ralphthemoviemaker). I think he's funny. And this video is one of my favorite movie reviews on YouTube altogether:

This review made me laugh my ass off the first time I saw it.

I really like Guru Larry as he is very informative reviewer who knows what he's talking about along with SaberSpark who is also informative and an animation reviewer who isn't a sperg (at least to my knowledge).

I also really like Anthany Fantano because he does really good music reviews and helps me get interested in listening to new songs.

Mrente I kinda like the nostalgia critic and I sometimes watch zero punctuation. I used to watch a reviewer who reviewed Wii games named the Wiiviewer, but I stopped after he started not doing them so frequently.
lol look at this dumbass

Cinema Snob remains one of my favorites. Some of the videos that Brad does out of character, like "Brad Tries", "Midnight Screenings", "DVD-R Hell", etc. are fun too.

I recently discovered Ralphthemoviemaker, Cinematic Excrement, and Saberspark, and they're all pretty decent too.
