Dr. Phil is a high budget Jerry Springer. They will air whatever the fuck they want. The thing is, if Dr Phil calls her out or embarrasses her in any way, she's just gonna call it a wrap, leave, and refuse to let them air the footage.
Especially if she's already signed on gleefully, which it appears she's done (despite the passive language she used in her post, like she's got no choice about them coming)Dr. Phil is a high budget Jerry Springer. They will air whatever the fuck they want.
I'm Cory's daughter. I have a lot to say because what my dad and Susan are doing to these kids is wrong and I believe their sole interest is in a paycheck and not the best interest of the children. What should I do? I'm not sure CPS will take me seriously because my dad and I are not close and never have been and I haven't seen any of this in person, I just know what they tell me and the videos they post. Any ideas?
This thread is on the first page of search results if you search for any member of the family. Some junior producer has probably at least skimmed the first page. I doubt they will mention the farms though.Do you guys think Dr. Phil is aware of the Farms?

He will absolutely lose his cool. He is known for this.do you think Cory will lose his cool and tell Dr. Phil he's not a real doctor, he just plays one on TV?
Phil is a real doctor, kinda. Which is how he originally got his gig. He stated off as a court expert witness who helped Oprah win some lawsuit, so she gave him a segment that eventually turned into Dr Phil. Then what happened is after he got famous he never renewed any of his licenses because he never intended to practise legit again, but he still has all the degrees.
When you get verified, I'm very much looking forward to hearing more about this. I'm sure living with him as a child was unpleasant, to say the least. He will absolutely lose his cool. He is known for this.
The research team certainly is. Dr. Phil probably knows about it, but not much beyond "this forum is actively discussing this case and trying to get help for the children."Do you guys think Dr. Phil is aware of the Farms?
If, and it's a big if, this episode is actually created and aired, hopefully the Dr. Phil team will have the wisdom to leave Amy and the cheating out of it, and possibly even leave Cory out of it, and focus on Susan's MBP behavior and how badly the kids have deteriorated due to Susan drugging them out of their minds for years on end. There are tons and tons of Horrible Mom side stories, like her filthy home, never cooking, never nurturing the kids, bringing Cory in to live with them without even knowing him, no one having any privacy, dragging the kids around in the middle of the night, constantly filming the kids and posting it online, but the big story to focus on for a short 45-minute segment is the incredible amounts of drugs that Susan is using to slowly kill her kids. The other stuff is bad but the drugs will leave the audience stunned and could bring in huge ratings and publicity, especially considering the family is already somewhat well known. It could be a huge bombshell update show.
If they will allow Michael to say some mea culpas, ask for forgiveness and say he now sees the light and wants to save his kids, Michael might skate away fairly unscathed, perhaps get stern dressing down but otherwise be painted as the desperate dad whistleblower.
Doesn't really matter---shows like his helped to give Michael and Susan their start as fame-thirsty, drug-happy parents, and his producers at least have been aware of how that story has gone lately. It just had to get crazy enough to give Dr. Phil a reason to want them on his show. He's got the wife vs. ex angle now along with multiple hospital visits, drugged-up kids, a creepy new hubby, and a screaming harpy ranting and raving. It's perfect Dr. Phil material.
A few months. Like another poster said, if it goes through- and this is a mess that he caused in part - it'll be saved for May sweeps. How long does it take, after an episode is taped, for it to air?
