And can you imagine? If Stacey being on lithium a short time caused Parkinson’s, what’s going to happen to Jani and Bodhi?
Kelli, the idea of repressed memories has been fully debunked. So if you don’t remember sexual abuse, which is memorable even for very little kids, it probably didn’t happen to you. People who are sexually attracted to kids usually have an age range they really like, so if Cory is that type of abuser and went for 9-12 year old Bodhi, you’d have been too young. So you can probably rest your mind there. He’s an asshole in every other way, but maybe not this way.
It’s unbelievable to me that Michael thought Dr Phil was the way to go with this. He is as much of a fame whore as Susan, and is also probably salivating at the idea of book sales. Dr Phil doesn’t solve problems. He reams people out for ratings and then goes on his merry way. He offers therapy but nobody has to take it and most don’t.
The people who are on Dr Phil don’t get anything but public humiliation. That cow (name escapes me) who went on Dr Phil bragged about how many more Youtube subscribers she’d get, and even after the filming where she cried and collapsed on the floor like a moron, the next day she was excited and celebrated with champagne. (Her husband lied and Dr Phil bought it) She couldn’t believe she got NO folllowers or watches after the show. She was sure she’d be propelled into internet fame, but people who watch Dr Phil aren’t going to look people up. They don’t care, another one is on tomorrow. People recognized her in the store but she couldn’t parlay it into cash- and nobody does.
Plus, it’s not serious. A man who is worried about his children in the care of a sick munchie mom should have a lawyer, should be trying for custody, should be acting like a man living up to his responsibilities. Instead, he decides to go on national television? It’s literally the stupidest thing he could do, and it shows he’s not serious about anything but himself. And nothing will be solved, CPS has not even opened a case after seeing what they have, so I don’t understand why people are hopeful. Once again, Jani and Bodhi lose.
This whole group makes me completely sick. There is no redeeming character in this story. Amy, Michael, Susan and Cory should all be in jail. Nobody is going to save these kids, nobody cares about them and that sure as fuck includes Michael.
