JF is basically saying what Andy did was rape, even though he's well aware that its more complicated than that
JF went off against Andy unprovoked, if he just wanted to answer the superchat then he could say "Yeah I don't think this lawsuit will work out, but good luck to Andy"
JF is also saying the RWW is justified in saying Andy is a rapist, again despite knowing that its more complicated than that

Honestly that wasn't that bad. I don't agree with everything he said but he's right that if you talk about committing sexual acts against someone's consent, you can't go around suing people when they call it rape (even though IMO what andy did was not rape).

Not even sure I'd go that far, from what I can tell the situation is akin to this scene. I don't think Andy sexually assaults women, I think he was drunk and fucked up. Its not good but if what Andy is saying is true then I doubt the woman was particularly affected and it doesn't show a malicious quality to Andy.
In only a very technical use of those terms could that work, but thats not exactly a fair characterization of the situation or of Andy. And its either a malicious or dumb way to describe the situation.

I can understand that point, and its certainly not an invalid argument. I'd just advise against use of those terms because of the connotation it carries and the probably unjust damage it could do to Andy's reputation.
If something comes out where it shows that Andy is not being accurate or honest in his account on the part of his ex then I will reconsider and probably also call Andy a rapist or some such.
