Dr phil said Bodhi's eval would require traveling (all paid for by Dr Phil) He was saying this to Susan as if she would be the one bringing him to TX. And again he told her not to sabatoge it.

@Bunny at Law there was no mention of Jani getting re-evaluated but I got the feeling that BOTH kids would be looked at eventually, esp after Susan fails to comply with everything. And they KNOW she will. No doubt Michael spoke of his concerns to Dr Phil privately, but there is only so much time in a Dr Phil show. I think they wanted to show how batshit crazy Batshit is. And they succeeded, with her help. They also made the point, bigtime, that you can't treat both kids with the same meds just cuz "they worked" for Jani.

Yeah, I think this is the best tact. Get bodhi out, then ask why this is happening to him, thus leading to the obvious question; if he's this badly off, is Jani the same? We know the answer here of course, but she has a "legitimate" diagnosis right now that will have to be worked against.

This whole thing makes me worry we'll hear about a BMW going off the side of a cliff beforehand though. Can anyone speak on whether Michael is still present in the LA area?

I imagine the doses needed to create a sedative effect in Bodhi must be sky high by now. Speaking from experience, antihistamines like Diphenhydramine and Hydroxyzine only work to knock you out for a few days in a row without upping the dosage. Bodhi's been drugged consistently with them for years.

And yes, Vistaril/Atarax/hydroxyzine is a controlled substance (it's a nonaddictive benzo alternative) and requires a prescription. Again, breaking the law.

Susan was constantly complaining in her old posts about Godfather not wanting to prescribe Bodhi Clorazil because the patent ran out. She goes on to list drug prices and complain how much more the drug that Bodhi is prescribed costs her. Wasn't she getting all this for free/highly discounted anyway via her insurance? I'm confused at how she tries to hide her MBP with these Big Pharma claims given her insurance/money situation.

The Ativan & Vistaril were prescribed during Susan's recent jaunts with Bodhi to the ER or Urgent Care. She was told she could administer them if he had trouble sleeping...

However, the new psychiatrist, whose appointment occurred AFTER the above mentioned visits, told Susan NOT TO GIVE BODHI ANY MEDS.

The last ER visit, the one where Sussn complained of Bodhi's "weight loss", she admitted on the charge sheet that she had given Bodhi Benadryl & Ativan that same night.

So, she already went against doctors orders..

It's really too bad he couldn't stay and have the kids with him for a while. This is a really dangerous time for both Bodhi and Jani. Then again, even if he'd tried to stay, it's possible Susan would have refused to let him have the kids after the taping, since it went so poorly for her and she's desperately trying to reassert control over the situation.

@KeepHopeAlive gave us some awesome info as to what went down today, and I'm still looking forward to you getting a chance to write up everything from your/Michael's perspective! I'm interested as to what happened in those talks offstage.

Michael was brought to the airport right after the Dr. Phil taping.

Well, Amy is also super duper pregnant and it was a risk leaving this late as it is (she's like 37 weeks now, if my count is right). He also didn't buy the ticket, he was only brought on for the show.

Right now, Michael helped put as many things in motion as possible. The head of DCFS knows she's sketchy; the DCFS case worker knows Susan has continued to drug Bodhi after being told not to; and Susan also told a producer for the show, who can relay it to the boss and say they need to move faster.

Bodhi is being sent residential. Michael will call Jani every night and if he cant reach her or shit is sketchy, he tells the police and DCFS.

I know it's not ideal, but the dude has to work and get $$ so he can keep flying back (and get a damn lawyer. Please.)

She's not brain damaged. She's manic and a sociopath. She's doing these things willfully and consciously, not because she's getting things mixed up or she's dumb. That's what makes it that much more horrible. She follows "doctor's orders" only when it suits her, and with everything else she deliberately ignores instructions when they aren't getting the results she wants.

She didn't accidentally email the DCFS worker and the show producer. She's showing off that she "knows best" in the end, and likely just did it to spite them all.

Based on everything I saw, esp Dr Sophy's attitude, I have no doubt they knew Susan would do this kind of shit. Sophy really seemed pissed and I've watched him on the show several times. He sat with his back to where I was sitting but his body language and spoken language spoke volumes. He mentioned she could lose her kids. They have her number.

What are they waiting for?!? She will lose them alright, lose them to their graves!
