It's still something you should prep for to avoid some of the obvious issues rather than just have a 14 yr old on and drunkenly mumbling at her. Nobody thinks Ralph is "corrupting" her, just potentially saddling her with his baggage and opening himself up for a lot of potential issues as well as making her a possible target for drama spergs.

It may be petty but with the shows audience becoming increasingly weary of Ralph's behavior, especially after the last several days of his drunken rage towards people like Toad and the viewers in general over non-issues like gunt jokes and YouTube comments, the people who were already uneasy with the direction of the show have something concrete to criticize. The Killstream has focused on pedophilia and gay ops since Knoxville, and between trying to get the child who was involved with Shadman on as a "regular guest" and Dispatch's behavior making everyone suspicious of each other, the audience has begun cannibalizing itself. There's a schism forming in the audience and if not for this issue it would have been something else, like JF being a creep, Andy's incessant fight mongering, or Zoom's bullshit in general

I, at least, am not moralfagging. You can see some of the larger creators censoring their speech. No more gas the x, niggers, kikes... or at least very few and not said by Ralph. Other more edgy streamers can't put racial slurs up in text anymore. Ralph has been heavily modifying and/or not reading superchats. Little things like that.
