A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

Wait, so now sex neutral bathrooms aren't good enough? It's not like they had a third bathroom labeled Tranny Bathroom. Man those people who say you'll never please leftists because they'll keep moving the goalposts sure were being hyperbolic.

Kathryn Hahn is 5'5" according to Google. So how fucking tall is Sessisquatch?

Also, yeah, TERFs have been saying this shit all along: Trannies want to invade women's spaces. It's not about "equality" or "inclusivity" or anything else but a warped sense of manipulation, power, and control.

They need to have all the other bathrooms closed and a TROON BATHROOM put in that only they can use and there need to be fucking thrones on it and mints on the pillows because they're just that fucking special.

A local YouTube personality was shot while taking video outside a Los Angeles synagogue and Jewish high school Thursday afternoon, according to authorities, sources and social media.

Police responded to the Etz Jacob Congregation/Ohel Chana High School building on the 7600 block of Beverly Boulevard at 12:24 p.m., said Officer Drake Madison, a spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department.

The shooting victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Madison said.
A source with knowledge of the investigation described the injured person as a YouTube personality who usually live streams about 1st Amendment issues.

Police described the victim as a man in his mid 30’s. However, a YouTube video that appears to show the incident from the perspective of the person who was shot was posted later in the afternoon by a social media personality who describes herself as a transgender woman.

Witnesses to the Fairfax neighborhood incident said they saw someone dressed in black and holding a camera arguing with a security guard who was standing behind a gated entrance to the synagogue.

”It just seemed like a situation that was escalating,” said an employee at the Adante coffee shop across the street.

After the shooting, a crowd started gathering and some helped the victim to wrap their leg, said the Adante employee, who would not give their name.

Late Thursday afternoon, the shooting victim sat in the back of an LAPD cruiser outside the synagogue. The victim was shot in the leg, according to a friend at the scene who would only identify herself as “Kattila The Hun,” a fellow YouTube personality.

The victim, according to her friend, is transgender and made videos as a “1st Amendment auditor” or “cop watcher.”

“We are just trying to protect our 1st Amendment right to free press,” the friend told reporters at the scene.

“We simply stand and we go to various places whether they are law enforcement police departments, DEA, you name it. She came to the synagogue today. "

A video posted by a YouTube account called "Furry Potato Live" Thursday afternoon appears to depict the shooting.

The video shows an armed security guard standing behind a synagogue gate, gun drawn and pointing downward. The security guard says "get away." When the person videotaping the scene walks closer to the gate however, the security guard fires his weapon.

"[He] shot me... shot me in the leg," the videotaper says, limping away from the area.

The security guard appears to follow, holding his gun by his hip. He then points his finger at the victim and says, "this is a warning shot … you don't try to break inside."

Witnesses can be seen in the video helping wrapping the victim’s leg. When police arrive, the videotaper refuses to give her name, but says she is a 45-year-old transgender woman.
"I got all these cops with hands on me and I got shot," she said.

The Furry Potato Live account has posted other live-stream style videos including one entitled "Cop Watch LAPD" where the camera person questions Los Angeles Police Department officers during what appears to be a traffic stop. Another video shows the YouTuber going inside of the El Segundo Police Department and speaking with officers.
The Furry Potato Live account links to one on the crowdfunding website Patreon belonging to a user named Zhoie Perez who also uses the name Furry Potato.

On the website, Perez describes herself as a "YouTube creator that is passionate about the rights that we have as American Citizens. I create internet content that will hopefully educate people about their rights while holding police and government officials accountable to us. I strive to do this in a fun and entertaining fashion. The goal is to help sustain our rights that were given to us by our founding fathers! "
