Things like the woman being unable to bathe or clothe themselves. Just the severity of it all is what I question.

Woman is clearly autistic by these boxes:

The autism is "mild" but still somehow required great levels of supervision.

The woman allegedly can't bathe or clothe themselves without adult supervision. Was there some observable test done or did they just take the word of the parents? (Nor can they vote, yet legally exceptional low-iq blacks can. Over half of their population is below 85.)

Even the document just says they aren't intellectually challenged or disabled. Just autistic:

Autism is weird, it’s a spectrum disorder where someone can be significantly affected by it but only in select ways. Autistic Savants are a thing for example.
In the 19yo’s case, her issue is primarily self-regulation and social skills. Put it this way, she has the ability to conceive of things in an abstract sense (like demanding to be treated like an adult). But that does not mean she has the executive functioning skills to maintain a regulated life style.

It sounds like she is someone who can conceive of things on an detached abstract level, like politics. But does not understand things like social skills or logistics.
The issue I’d contend with JF trying to bang her is that she doesn’t have the emotional or social development to be in a romantic relationship. The intellectual capacity on some level might be ok, but that’s not enough to justify relations.

I deleted my previous post because it contained incorrect information as that 6-month timeframe was referring to another woman. Apologies to everyone.

The time frame of them being together was actually 3 weeks. The woman was legally allowed to drive unaccompanied, something I find very odd since they are allegedly "too exceptional" to even bathe or dress themselves without assistance. Another odd thing is that the parent's did not bother applying for guardianship until after they went to visit JF. Their daughter was, by law as the parents did not have guardianship over her, an adult while she was with JF.

Unpopular opinion here, but I do not believe the person is as exceptional as the evaluation made them out to be given that they can drive unaccompanied to wherever they chose. I believe the evaluation was poor and heavily influenced by the parents.

Also it’s not that she can’t clothe or bathe, that doc says that she has to get reminded to do that. It goes back to the self-regulation issue.

No i got it from the documents shown to me here. JF was interviewed and given an inkblot test. JF doesn't even like getting health insurance. JF told a story recently where, at Duke I believe, they were being pressed into purchasing some kind of health care package. JF would delay and delay and delay, to make them suffer, until they said "JF you gotta get this now or we're kicking you out." So JF begrudgingly got it. Then JF ended up in the emergency room. I'll try to find the clip, but it sounded to me like they were trying to say they faked an emergency without saying that was their goal. JF's logic for this was:
"If the health insurance company lost me $2000 I'm going lose them $5000."

I major'd in comp sci, and I can tell just from the way JF talks about "programming" that he is not even an amateur. He brags about knowing this language and that language, but the truth is that many high-level programming languages are incredibly similar. It's like saying you can speak English, American, Californian, Texan, Floridan, Canadian, Australian, etc... and claiming you speak 10+ languages! No decent developer would ever brag about the number of languages they could code in, because it's ridiculous. They would reference a project they'd worked on to demonstrate their proficiency.

When it comes to high-level languages, there are some subtle differences in syntax, and a few other differences, but for the most part, once you learn one high-level, object-oriented language, you've learned them all. While he may know how to write loops and if statements, create objects, etc... in various high-level languages, I doubt he knows the nitty gritty of these languages nor is he familiar with any of the theoretical knowledge that these languages are based on. This kind of understanding is important if you're developing anything other than the most basic algorithms/programs where it doesn't really matter if you do things terribly and a deep understanding is just not necessary.

It's absolutely pathetic that he pretends to know anything about this when he's a hobbyist who clearly knows the basics only. It's standard JF though. He exaggerates his abilities to the level of master when he's not even at the amateur level.

Outside of a few references, there's nothing about him on github. Nothing about him working as a programmer at any point in time on LinkedIn. He's just a hobbyist. You can judge his coding ability by his mobile app and his website.

Yeah, that's basically what I'm saying. He's a hobbyist, but he's masquerading as a pro-developer. That's the problem here, and it's pathetic. He does this all the time. He pretends he's a master at things he's dabbled in and no one calls him out.

The biggest lie of all is the number of women he's been with. He keeps pretending he's been with thousands of women.

JF also tweeted that his green card status was guaranteed before he dated the Texas chick. He also had her come to be with him about a month before his immigration hearing if I recall. An immigration hearing that would not have gone his way considering that his exwife would have to appear and once again state vouch for him. I took a screenshot of his tweet. Will have to create a new account to see if it is still there since he blocked me.
In the court doc he also states he is a “permanent resident” of North Carolina. Permanent Residence is a status that can only be granted by the federal government and applies to green card hilders only. JF never got one.
