My endocrinologist is at a woman's hospital, so I need referrals from a gynecologist to see her.
I simply looked up gynecologists on Google maps and called those who had conveniently located offices "Hi, my name is <name>, I'm trans and I need a referral for an endocrinological consultation at <clinic>. Is that something I could get an appointment for?" First one said they were fully booked for the next few weeks and could only accept emergencies, second one the assistant was a bit unsure but got me the doctor on the phone who was like "Sure, come in next week." So now she's my gynecologist.

It's reasonable to see one to get a referral, but there's trend of transwomen going to gynecologists post-GRS specifically to look at their neovags and treat their surgical complications, or talking about wanting to be able to trick ob-gyns. I don't think there is "girl smell" so much as there is a lack of "man smell". Male hormones can really make one stanky and I think the sexes really underestimate the difference here. It's kind of a joke among some FTM about having to learn a whole different hygiene routine just to keep from smelling like a locker room because being hygienic as a female is just a lot easier. You can go longer without a shower, use weaker soaps, use less deodorant, etc.

Most MtF/MtN troons have pretty bad hygeine, and I think that's due in part to the large overlap with autism. I've met a few pre-transition that refuse to do any kind of bodily upkeep and then blame their greasy skin and pit stank on them dang dirty male hormones.

I'd imagine this mystical girl smell is just that females don't generally tend to wear spicy, woodsy, musky, etc- scents that are common in products aimed at men. They're more likely to favor sweet fragrances in all their products- shampoo, conditioner, perfume, shaving creams, etc - and tend to use more products- so they tend to smell sweeter for longer.

Honestly I disagree entirely, men and women smell very different, and even different men and women will smell different.

Body makes a lot of pheromones, even the same girl will smell different if she is on a period or pregnant etc.

It's definitely a fetish. Let me tell you, as a woman, if I skip deodorant or a shower, I don't smell like flowers and sugar cookies, I smell like I just took a bath in sour cream and onion dip. No one except a degenerate would find that smell pleasant. I don't know of any woman that has ever smelled "good" whenever they skipped a shower or forgot deodorant, if that was the case then why would women bother wasting money on deodorant at all? I know I'm not the only woman who has been around other women that forgot their deodorant and in a pinch they tried to cover their B.O. with body spray or perfume; it doesn't work.
