I think you guys are taking the whole Zoom thing a bit too seriously. He stated his goals regarding IBS a while ago and has been following them pretty much to the T. I'd only see him doing that if he wants to scare off future Ralph guests, but I don't think he wants to make that move yet if at all. Similarly, I don't think that would be the best way to make that move.

Yeah, that's definitely possible, Dick is a lot smarter than his persona makes him seem.

However, I don't think he knows about Zoom going after Josh, for instance. Dick seems to really like Josh, he's had him on his show multiple times and is currently hosting Josh's not-patreon.

He probably also isn't in the mood to have a sperg contacting banks and trying to shut down his brand new patreon clone.

This. Zoom isn't some boogeyman whose wrath you incur by speaking his name, all of his targets have been a part of the "culture", even dating back to his days as Xyrix. You steer clear of trolling/IBS and Zoom probably doesn't care about you.

Zoom is basically a demon and any deal struck with Zoom is inherently Faustian.

He offers to do your bidding and provide you with information at a cost that is definitely not worth it.

I really miss when the popular sentiment was "Platforming Zoom is a mistake".

Zoom thinks hes untouchable because no one has come after him. What he fails to realize is that no one has gone after him because he isnt important enough. He is an amateur compared to Vordrak.
Wouldnt surprise me if Zoom is doing his bidding and taking it up the ass.

I will try to put a finer point on it it because I think people need to be less worked up about this.

Zoom promised this to his audience when he started doing IBS. I'm somewhat impressed at how successful he has been at this.

I actually like what Zoom is doing with IBS partially because it was getting too hugboxy which is why IBS spawned, partially because his interaction is just a more naked truth about what has been going on this whole time, and partially because it is time for someone to finish the sick man (IBS) off. What will come next? Who knows.

It really sucks what he did to Null regarding Stream.me. It seemed super unwarranted and totally dickish, but you guys are taking this arc all too seriously. Enjoy the ride.
