Why does he have this impending dislike of his brother?

Besides his brother destroying "Dot" by mistake i believe.

I think his brother ultimately becoming more successful in life has made him automatically the most evil goddamn thing in GK's world, far more than just a shitty...whatever Dot was. As we've seen, GK utterly despises anybody who he can not ignore in his life such as this entire forum, but at least with us he could repeatedly villainize us without repercussion.

His brother, who shares flesh and blood by virtue of parentage sharing, was certain to be GK's rival purely by taking away attention GK believed was rightfully his (which was all of it). So of course he's the main bad guy of Legendary Warrior...because GK can't even pretend to dislike him in real life. He has to be nice to his own family, something an egomaniac like Jay absolutely can not comprehend because that means acknowledging the one person he can not ignore is simply a better human being than he is and it is because of things he did that Jay refuses to do like grow the fuck up, have his balls drop, and be a productive member of human society with a real job.

2. according to the mandy calls, jay was placed in kindergarden with his brother.
2.1 but Jay was pulled from kindergarden due to bullying and was homeschooled until high school
2.2 Jay was still in the same grade as his brother, and he reportedly annoyed the shit out of him by being Jay during high school
3. his brother has since distanced himself as far away from him as possible. possibly living in Nevada.
3.1 Jay does not like talking about this, and I'm not sure if his brother ever visits for their parents sake.

I suspect that if he ever does, he only visits his father given how devoted their mother is to Jay.

I think Jay's Dad hates him for obvious reasons, but gets along well with Barry and Jay is butthurt over that.

It looks like the age of the Golden Git is drawing to a close. With Jay's iconoclasm of his DA page and his lack of activity, it looks to me like his days as a cow are over.

To be honest, I'm not sure Jay was ever really that funny in retrospective. He has a lot of lolcow tendencies but he wasn't amusing like Chris or Jace. He alternated between being an insufferable idiot and being a reprehensible fuck but nothing he did really stands out as being 'hilarious' per say.

Jay Geiss is so incredibly uninteresting that even the people actively wanting to mock him had no interest in actually watching his streams. He's dull, grating, and has no redeeming qualities.

I don't think Jay is a lolcow really. Because I've never once laughed at him, and I bet most people haven't. I think this was more of a "Storm the abandoned castle with pitchforks and torches" thing. A legitimate disgust at a human slug with no redeeming qualities. One who might actually ruin someone's life if he DOESN'T have a spotlight on him keeping him hiding under the fridge like the roach he is.

I disagree. Jay might be boring to be around, but I found his behaviour entertaining and his bizarre beliefs, ego issues and social retardation to be pretty funny to watch. Did he deserve a sub-forum? Probably not, but thats more an issue with him not having much content to talk about, rather than a matter him being entertaining or not. I'm a bit concerned you seem to dislike him so much though. Its not worth the time or effort to hate any of the people we talk about here, regardless of how fucked up they are.

I think much of it had to do with how he turned the forum community into his new arch-nemesis target following the discovery of his abusive behavior to his girlfriend and their successful efforts to help end a bad relationship and how it looked like he was going to develop into something more with his grandiose plans to make a computer powerful (and expensive) enough to run entire feature length film graphics renders...to fix his shitty computer's problems with an obsolete processor, insufficient memory of all types, and bad internet card.

Now that GK seems to have accepted he can not continue in his egotistical ways, may it be because his balls actually fucking dropped (proverbially unlikley) and he realized he was a sleazy, unlikable pedo whose dreams of gradieur were never going to happen, or shit went down at Geek Squad when somebody realized what the fuck the new hire was becoming known for online (more likley), it's possibly the best case scenario for anybody who gets talked about on these forums; karma kicks them in the ass and makes them realize they need to stop being douchecanoes.
