tl;dr he probably did most of what he accused of, but the accusers suck anyway so fuck 'em?

No. There's no hard evidence he did shit. He might have done something, just like anybody metooed might have done something, but the chimpout over this is fucking ridiculous. People need to put up or shut up.

This ain't helping, from my perspective. This is like the kind of shit Pastor says when he gets busted prowling rest areas for strange cock.

Can one of his defenders explain why they think everyone is arbitrarily deciding to fuck with him all of a sudden? I can get "It's all kind of weird but you're making him out to look like a rapist" but it seems like some of these people straight up believe there's a conspiracy to get him.

Like the Bulma VA said he was a creep, you'd think at that point there'd be some distancing but it seems like that just pissed off his defenders even more.

Aside from the fact that you had several of the people involved with this shitstorm on good terms with Vic less than two weeks before they apparently decided he was the devil, the fact that an IRL friend of Marchi and Rial has henceforth replaced Vic in several of his appearances VA-wise, the fact that there's plenty of existing evidence that ANN was involved both before, during, and after the scandal broke (and indeed, was the one who launched the KickVic hashtag), the fact that there were multiple articles that were ready to go within a day of the saga beginning comparing Vic to Bill Cosby that immediately circulated amongst Vic's detractors, the fact that several individuals involved in this scandal had longstanding reputations as ideologues and sociopaths, the fact that none of the accusations had even a shred of evidence, making the whole thing smell like the Brett Kavanaugh hearings all over again, and the fact that multiple members of Funimation's staff were caught going on long-winded rants about how much they hated Vic?

Yeah, there's plenty more.

The fact that several of Funimation's staffers got caught talking about how to fake evidence against Vic, the fact that Vic's opponents kept getting caught conducting hoax after hoax in an effort to make the other side look worse and save face (Samantha Inoue-Harte's SWATing, Sean Schemmel's alleged SWATing, Pensacon claiming a bomb threat), the fact that the one piece of credible evidence against Vic turned out to be a hoax as well, the fact that none of Vic's detractors could keep their spaghetti in their pockets for five seconds, and the fact that almost all of this happened, more or less, at the same time, suggests that the entire thing is conspiratorial, and as was the case with previous culture war conflicts, they've made minimal real effort to hide it. We're just gonna have to wait for the lawsuits to fire off to see just how deep this shit goes.

Say what you will about Vic himself - every claim against him may be true - but it no longer matters whether he was guilty or not. Vic did not make this fucking weeb fight ping on the radar of the government. Vic did not hoax multiple crimes. Vic did not threaten death on people repeatedly or respond to basic criticisms with threats of reporting people to the FBI.

One thing that is missing that is needed is the disavowal of the girl in the ANN picture. I keep seeing it brought up, and people keep reading it out in youtube videos, but nobody will say the girls name and what they are reading is always too blurry. Would be nice to actually have that for the OP.
I don't have the original archives, but here are the photos. Name is Casey J Harwood.

That counselor was a legal counselor. The areas he need growing is his wallet.
And he'll win you know. Because he kept his mouth shut and he knows they have nothing.

The nepotism is what really did it for me. It made the Julius Caesar analogy so apt. They knife the dudes reputation and get him fired and within days the people who did it and their friends are getting jobs the guy they just threw under the bus held. You just can't do that, even if it IS justified. In the Navy, the Executive Officer is allowed to relieve the commanding officer for cause. But you don't get an ass pat if you do it. If its justified you get the satisfaction of simply losing your career rather then getting thrown in prison. Its to avoid even the barest hint of opportunistic corruption.

MarzGurl also knew PRECISELY what she was doing. Her "omg, what should we call it...like...maybe #kickvic or something! Gosh, never done this before, how do we make a Hastag?! *giggle*". It takes some real effort to come across as a duplicitous bitch on the internet but damn if she does not succeed. Take a look at this gem from the Vic thread in the pretty ugly little liar thread..

Look, Vic is 50-something and doesn't get how SJWs or the internet works.
MarzGurl DEMANDED Vic give an apology. Vic naively thought that if he apologized, everybody would be happy and things would go back to normal.
He had no idea that apologizing to an SJW is the worst thing you could possibly do. That they view it as an admission of guilt and lord it over you.

Right but see how the "getting back to God" shit might strike some as a bit weird?

No, because Vic was known for being pretty religious even before this shit (it's the ones that magically find God when they're caught you have to watch out for), and he's not known for being vicious. This lawsuit is happening because he's backed into a corner and his career is destroyed.

A lot of stuff was covered on the other thread you might wanna go look at. This one was created because his detractors have become exceptional enough to warrant being a cowcult unto itself.

I'm not adverse to the idea he got too touchy-feely with some people, but there's a whole backstory to this involving people who were buddy buddy with him after these alleged incidences happened. THAT should strike you as weird.

But believe what you want. I mean, the main thing here is that the #kickvic people are constantly providing tard cum.

Meh, I go to the French for my anime these days anyways. Vic's reputation at cons has been the big talk for many years before this whole thing blew wide open, and I can't exactly feel total sympathy for the man. It's Hollywood all over again: corruption and nepotism until it's convenient to sell your fellows under the bridge to steal a bigger piece. They're all snakes.

That being said, I'll be happy to see somebody actually fighting back. One way or another, some necks are getting snapped and it's gonna be great.

Most of what he's accused of is pretty petty shit.

The only deadly serious ones, if believed, are allegations that are on incredibly shaky factual grounds and come from people with obvious conflicts of interest and axes to grind.

Right but see how the "getting back to God" shit might strike some as a bit weird?

Why is it weird for a dude who is notoriously religious to say some religious shit?

It's even less weird considering the reason SJWs hate his guts is literally just because he's Christian, and they've even made it explicit that their antipathy is religiously motivated. I seriously doubt someone brought him their gay shipping shit to have him autograph it with good intentions. They did it so he'd refuse and they could scream and call him a homophobe.
