Shane is a fucking idiot for not being able to find Nick's "win-loss" record, and asking if he's a "settlement guy." Lawyers don't work like that, this isn't a sports league, and the vast majority of civil litigation is settled out of court.

The only Lawyers that really count a "Win/Loss record" are Prosecutors. And then only because they get to count Plea Bargains, and it is really the only metric they have since Prosecutors are not servicing the needs of a specific client. Pretty much all other Lawyers are there to represent their client, and their record is one of Client Satisfaction with the outcome. Which more often than not involves a Settlement. Or in the case of a criminal case, pleading down to a much lesser charge without jail time.

I wonder how the KickVic side would react to knowing that Marzgurl has an account on a well known "alt right" forum.

Be sure to mention that if Kiwifarms is mentioned in this whole mess (e.g. "Kiwifarms trolls are harassing KickVic people by archiving everything."). It ought to be funny.

She thought this site was great when it gave her stuff for CtC.

In Texas, as Nicky Rackets pointed out, statements by their employees can be imputed to the employer under the proper set of circumstances.

Does this constitute an admission by Funimation that they let a serial sexual harasser and rapist operate for years, while knowing all about it, and didn't do anything?

They'd better hope they don't get an actual credible lawsuit from someone sexually harassed there, because they'll have a hard time explaining that they didn't run a hostile work environment after publicly admitting through their employees that they did.

People have been repeatedly posting pics of the various VA's together, the shoulder rub incident, etc... So if someone actually did come forward they they'd look quite complict.

Start popping your popcorn boys.

Anyway what is so amazing to watch is the public opinion. "Pro-Vic", "innocent untill prove guilty", and "burn it down sue the earth and salt the ashes" absolutely OWN youtube searches on this. Videos are getting massive views every day even from nobodies. People are scrapping for every detail. That barks of huge intrest to me.

Even the Metoo girls and white-knights are getting regularly pasted on twitter.

I think if Vic plays his cards right he can draw all kinds of blood.

gizomodo did a huge article on it with a fancy title page, going through every allegation collected from his fanpage.

An excerpt

Mignogna acknowledged this event happened, including that he rubbed the backs of Rachel’s thighs, but said the encounter was consensual. He also said that, to his recollection, they had shared a bottle of wine, were “probably” in her room, and had kissed before she pulled away and asked that they stop, which he says he immediately agreed to and left her room. Rachel responded by denying they ever kissed and that she doesn’t recall drinking wine with him. Both she and the guest services manager separately stated she had been in Mignogna’s room.
Rachel says she did not report the incident to hotel management or to the police because she feared Mignogna would attempt to negatively impact her career. “He’s very well known in the industry—very, very powerful in our industry,” she said.

Apparently from what has happened Vic wasn't powerful enough?

Wouldn't be surprised if it came out that the reason Monica came out was because she was cheating on her cuck fiance with Vic, it seems possible that they had some sort of relationship with her talking about going to his room n whatnot but she was "Flirting with her soon to be boyfriend at the con" her statement seems fishy.

I mean considering these lolsuits as of late while the lawyers are diffrent but the witness' and defendants are getting close to larry butz tier

Oh come on, he saved Edgeworth from losing the DL-6 case. The people here can't even do that.
