The only Lawyers that really count a "Win/Loss record" are Prosecutors. And then only because they get to count Plea Bargains, and it is really the only metric they have since Prosecutors are not servicing the needs of a specific client. Pretty much all other Lawyers are there to represent their client, and their record is one of Client Satisfaction with the outcome. Which more often than not involves a Settlement. Or in the case of a criminal case, pleading down to a much lesser charge without jail time.

People have been repeatedly posting pics of the various VA's together, the shoulder rub incident, etc... So if someone actually did come forward they they'd look quite complict.

Videos are getting massive views every day even from nobodies. People are scrapping for every detail. That barks of huge intrest to me.


Even the Metoo girls and white-knights are getting regularly pasted on twitter.

I think if Vic plays his cards right he can draw all kinds of blood.

He also said that, to his recollection, they had shared a bottle of wine, were “probably” in her room, and had kissed before she pulled away and asked that they stop, which he says he immediately agreed to and left her room. Rachel responded by denying they ever kissed and that she doesn’t recall drinking wine with him. Both she and the guest services manager separately stated she had been in Mignogna’s room.
Rachel says she did not report the incident to hotel management or to the police because she feared Mignogna would attempt to negatively impact her career. “He’s very well known in the industry—very, very powerful in our industry,” she said.

Wouldn't be surprised if it came out that the reason Monica came out was because she was cheating on her cuck fiance with Vic, it seems possible that they had some sort of relationship with her talking about going to his room n whatnot but she was "Flirting with her soon to be boyfriend at the con" her statement seems fishy.
