There are legitimate bad things Trump has done as president and these idiots think some affair that is not even fucking illegal (and if it was, it's way past the statute of limitations) will be the best way to try to take down Trump. I can't fathom how idiotic these people are.

It's even more infuriating when you realize, twenty-odd years ago, they spent inordinate amounts of time arguing that Bill Clinton's philandering was no big deal.

Now suddenly it's a big deal because Trump. Ironically, while I do think having skeletons in the closet can make you a bad choice for elected office, in Trump's case it's almost worthless because nobody expects him to be some kind of saint. Try to blackmail him and you're liable to get the famous quote, "Publish and be damned!"

I think the left honestly lost some of their marbles when the 'grab 'em by the pussy' tape appeared and it didn't even dent the Donald.

Common argument tactic on the left. Whenever they say Trump lies, they'll always site a liberally biased media source that lists out Trump's lies, but they never specifically list the true lies in them. They just list a source which lists the lies, most of which can easily be debunked, yet they don't know the lies. In other words, they're believing every single bit of what the media tells them without any skepticism.
