I'd like to agree with you, but there have been way too many instances of idiots managing to do significant harm to others for me to not see Ross as a potential felon. You don't need to be a genius to pull a trigger and you don't need to be an athlete to stab someone.

If he really has been Baker Acted as previously mentioned then that should (in theory) prevent him from being able to buy guns legally.

Now as for an illegal purchase or an outright theft, that's up in the air.

Ross is too stupid and irrelevant for something like that to happen. All he does is go on no-name podcasts and Discords to get made fun until he screeches like a banshee because no one else will pay attention to him. He has nothing else in life.

If he was going to profit off of it, he would make attack videos against people he didn't like and would monetize them. And setup a patreon. Then continuously post inane shit and rage into the microphone for views.

He wont do this because he's either not smart enough or has some degree of pride that he doesn't want to make a fool of himself as a job. He just does it unwittingly. Raging at people in discord makes you nothing.
