Hosting a show is a very specific skill and is in many ways a born one. Yes you can get better at it but you really have to have "it" from the start. Ralph is a thin skinned alcoholic retard but he definitely has "it" when sober.

He completely avoided showing any pictures in the first stream, and if I'm not mistaken barely showed anything (in fact I think nothing) on the 2nd stream but went into more depth of what was done. In other words, he actually handled it very professionally. Apparently, Andy and Jim didn't take notes.
